The apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, max TV, Netflix, HBO, wifi, etc...In the vicinity of 100 meters there is the beach Dražica, which is also the most beautiful beach of Biograd, and it received a blue flag for the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

Kuća se nalazi na otoku Murteru u uvali Velika Doca, u kojoj se nalaze još dvije kućice, a restoran i kafići su udaljeni oko 900m. Kuća je udaljena 20m od mora i ima rivu i plažu.Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od kampa Kosirina). Kuća ima jednu sobu, kupaonicu, kuhinju i blagovaonicu te terasu i roštilj. Voda za tuširanje i kuhanje dolazi iz spremnika. Električna energija je 220 V. Vodu i električnu energiju potrebno je racionalno koristiti.
