Vacation rentals with lake access in Općina Murter-Kornati

Ivan and his wife welcomed us very nicely, respected our privacy, offered a traditional dish, and allowed to sample Croatian fruits from the garden. :) We arrived by bus to Biograd and were picked up from the station. The apartment is clean and spacious, the location on the outskirts - you have to walk about 25 minutes to the center, but Ivan offered us rides, but we encourage you to walk with your own legs and learn about Croatian standards and views :) inside there is also air conditioning, we recommend!

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the time. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests. Communication went very pleasantly. The house itself had a modern and personal charm – it was super equipped, clean and left nothing to be desired. Self check-in/out was also very easy. A highlight was the large terrace. It was nicely and modernly designed and offered enough space for our group of 6 people. Also the barbecue on the terrace was great The proximity to the water was unbeatable! In less than a minute you are at the beach However, for everyday activities (e.g. shopping), a car is recommended. In summary, we can say that we had a wonderful time at the Ahoi house. Everything was clean, well equipped and lovingly designed. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back!

We spent wonderful days with our children at Ivana's house. The location is particularly great, right on the lake with private access and perfect for the children to swim as it is very shallow on the Shore. In the garden you will always find a shade spot during the day.

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is surrounded by nature - that's what it makes a bit difficult to find but with the satellite view it wasn't a problem. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean! The view on the ocean was fantastic and it was so quiet. We had a wonderful time there and when we visit Croatia next time, we definitely will go to that place again! :) Thank you Marina Best regards Christian & Annika

Thank you for the great time to Paula and her family! Great people and everyone was very helpful! We felt like family and got along great! We were always helped with problems, the hosts are just great! The area is quiet and super nice, beach can be reached quickly by stairs. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Small shop easily accessible nearby. We will be back next year!

My partner and I were in Croatia for 2-3 days at short notice. Communication with Mateja was quick and easy. The apartment is large, clean and new. The sofa bed was super comfortable and cozy. We will be happy to come back! Thank you :)

Accommodation in a good place, fresh pastries a few meters from the apartment every morning. The host was very kind and very accommodating.

My family and I rented Lea's apartment for over a week long stay in Pakoštane. This place exceeded our wildest expectations. Lea is a lovely host, and communicative , she was very quick to respond to our messages with questions, the apartment had everything you needed, and even more than we expected, like in our own home. And above all, very clean and fresh🤗🤗 Close to the beach (within 5 min walk) beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and nearby islands. Breakfast daily on the balcony 😎 Parking at the entrance of the block. Thank you Lea for the opportunity to stay in your apartment 😘😘 We recommend this host and her family to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pakoštane , 🥰 we were very happy to meet them.
