Karen and her husband went over the top to make us feel welcome. Kindness and real southern hospitality were so appreciated as we dealt with a pipe leak and flood at my moms house down the road. The guest house was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lovely, Lovely people! Thank you so much Karen!

Lovely location and beautiful home with nice yard.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet and was great for walking and running. Amy was very responsive and took care of any minor issues quickly, and she was proactive when we had weather issues in the area. Would love to stay here again!

Alison's home was spotless and beautifully decorated . The kitchen was ready for all your cooking needs, pots pans, coffee pot(including coffee and tea). All the comforts of home. A big help was a washer and dryer. The back yard was fenced in with a grill and outside seating. Alyson communicated in a timely manner and was very accommodating. I contacted her the day of check in and told her I got onto there area earlier than expected and she allowed me to check in hours earlier than original check in. I highly recommend this rental. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet 5 .minutes from shopping and 20 minutes to the beach
