Mit Greta hatten wir eine tolle Gastgeberin. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Ihr Haus / die Unterkunft ist sehr außergewöhnlich, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Von der kleinen Terrasse aus hat man den Blick aufs Meer. Nachts hört man die Brandung. Sehr Bequem war auch der Stellplatz im Haus. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen !!!

Thank you Bruce for a truly wonderful stay, Whale Huys was an amazing stay. The location is stunning, absolutely everything you could want in terms of kitchen, electric blankets, gym and super luxury bedding! Our kids loved the pool. Had some great food out in Stanford, TJ’s in De Kelders and Cafe on the rocks. Shark diving nearby too was bucket list!

Such an attractive apartment. Perfectly clean, well-equipped, thoughtfully resourced and convenient for restaurants, shops, cliff top walks and all the other delights of Hermanus. It was easy to find and parking was problem-free. Adele was wonderful - so helpful and kind. We felt so welcome and supported as overseas visitors. 100 per cent recommended!

We had a wonderful family weekend! Our kids (aged 5 and 8) loved the hammocks and exploring around the lagoon. A very peaceful spot for a weekend. Brett is great with communication and self-check in was very easy with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Mari's place is suitable for a beach family holiday. It can accommodate upto 6 pax comfortably, with a pool table and a small swimming pool to enjoy. Very short walk to the beach and lagoon. Mari is friendly and very clear with her instructions. She is also pro-active is providing relevant info, while maintaining a distance so the guests can have a peaceful stay.

The rooms were not only spacious but also exceptionally comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Each room featured its own ensuite bathroom, adding a layer of convenience and privacy that we truly appreciated. The common areas were large and impeccably clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or gathering with family and friends. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool – it was the perfect spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Overall, this property provided an exceptional experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Just speechless. The place is beautiful, well located, and has every facility in the home you may possible need! My partner (who has little reaction to anything) said it was what he imagined paradise to be like. You can tell that so much detail went into the home - it was truly a sanctuary and we hope to stay here again. Thank you x

Hanna and her family are the perfect hosts. They are close enough to be there when you need something yet far enough to have the space feel very private. The house was very spacious and perfect for our month long stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and they couldn't get enough of the playground and resident bunnies, chickens, and ducks. Their 2 dogs are also a delight! The house has great communal indoor spaces that were used extensively when the weather was not ideal. On sunny days we loved the patio and garden. The perfect location to spend time with loved ones.

Petro was so friendly and helpful and attentive to all our needs. we had a small problem with electricity and she went out of her way to resolve it timeously and without any interruption to our stay. beautiful place and lovely and clean. wonderful pool and garden for the kids. a definite must visit for families.

This is one gorgeous home and getting to experience the views from the patio in real life is something else! It’s apparent that the owners make full use of their wonderful property as it’s very well stocked! Lying in bed hearing the ocean is sublime! Loved how we could simply walk everywhere and there is also a fabulous coffee shop called Oskar’s 100m away which we frequented regularly during our stay! Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing place that was just as described on the this platform. The house was so comforting and warm and had everything that we needed. Very spacious and peaceful. Would definitely be coming back here again. If I had to recommend something it would be that the pool be changed into a warm pool as the water was freezing and the sun does not reach this area. That being said I can't complain cz the garden was really a garden full of trees and plants. Simply bliss. Joanne our host was right on time and very friendly, bright smile and super helpful. Just a lovely person all round. Thanks for having us and we are eager to return again next year

Lovely relaxing spot, very peaceful. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Has no TV which was great. Games room with table tennis was fun for the kids! Great space, we would love to come back again. Good communication

It was such an incredible space, everything you needed and more, great location and so much to do in and around the area but we were constantly torn with going out or staying home!! Absolutely loved our stay! Misha’s place is gorgeous - even nicer than the photos. Came for a weekend with some friends and it’s the perfect house for that - spacious entertainment area and pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the mountain path. Bed was super comfy. Ciska was friendly and lovely. Highly recommended!

This was a weekend of a lifetime.. This house is so lovely and we all immediately felt at home. So much thoughtfulness has gone into creating the home. Sitting in the heated indoor/under cover pool with a view of the mountain, while watching our friend doing the bbq/braai was one of those moments of shere gratefulness. It was a double blessing that we had a weekend with out wind in Betty's Bay. Thank you for sharing your home with all of us!
