Studio in beautiful garden next to the estuary

My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

I have enjoyed Elvira's home beyond my expectations. The garden alone is worth the trip, I spent some truly wonderful moment either in the morning or at night. The space, rooms give such a great Zen feeling. Again, an amazing space. Mission Bay in itself is a fantastic area for swimming, walking, eating. Finally, Elvira's hospitality acumen, notwithstanding the whole family fun and amazing dynamic made my stay peaceful, rewarding and most of all, personal. Thank you Elvira.

Thank you, Brooke and fam, for such a serene stay! Absolutely loved every second of my weekend. The room is stunning, spacious and so peaceful. Loads of character and loved all the fresh air and sunlight from the consatina doors. The most magical part was for me was falling asleep under the stars through the skylight window above the bed. Heaven! Brooke has thought of everything you might need during your stay and has made sure all amenities and supplies are really well presented and super thoughtful. She is kind, approachable and a great communicator. The place is spotless and was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Will definitely be back for another stay at some point in the future

We stayed a month in Celia's house and enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the proximity to Mission Bay, Orakei Domain and good shopping opportunities. Celia welcomed us into the house and showed us around the very homely accommodation with everything you need. There is a nice bike path from Orakei Domain into the city center, and good opportunities to rent or buy used bikes. A huge luxury was the wonderful view you have from the house over Orakei and Auckland harbor, we enjoyed it every day and evening from the terrace. Celia was a lovely host and always quick to respond to any questions and queries. Would love to go back.

We had a group staying at another house in Onetangi and needed an extra space for the in-laws. It was a very comfortable and cute studio. Alot more spacious than we expected. Karl was so welcoming and helpful and has done a great job of creating a cosy unit. So easy to walk down onto the beach, just down the driveway. The beach is beautiful. Easy walking distance to a couple of really nice restaurants. Would recommend.
