A peaceful spot and a welcoming host, the unit was warm and cosy even on a cold night. Wonderful view, and the breakfast supplied was well more than expected. Even a 'proper' long black delivered in the morning! I was truly comfortable and well looked after and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

This is a really special wee bach - incredible views, well equipped, a great fire so the house was really toasty, and cute vintage decor. We took our tramping packs so the hike up was fine. William was a great host - we'll be back.

Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

Beautiful rustic warm home with two seperate spaces. Very homely with a beautiful view of the beach. 20 meter walk to the beach we loved our weekend there. Kirsty was very responsive and helpful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at jasmines place and it was just as amazing this time around. Extremely comfortable beds, a kitchen that feels like home and beautiful open living space. We love it here :)

Amazing place to stay at! Very close to many eating options along the Viaduct, beautiful views with the sunrise and Sky Tower at night. Had a lovely host/receptionist greet us. Will highly recommend to anyone!

The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Great value for money, we didn’t have much time and were just passing through the region. For us it was perfect for the night. Nice sunset! A bit warm, but the fan helped in managing that. It fitted perfectly for me (I am 1m83), but if you’re taller then that you’re too tall. They did mention it. Btw, it says no kitchen, but there is a communal one on the park.

Wonderful stay with wonderful host. Host was really friendly and provided great suggestions for Auckland touring. The location was quiet but close to fun restaurants. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed with nice linens. Everything you might need in kitchen, bath and closet. Lots of nice hangers in closet- my pet peeve. Like staying at a nice resort. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, super clean, beautiful location

The check-in experience is fantastic, the room has some issues about bed sheet and pillow, but they changed another room for us without hesitated, which is respectful and helpful. The place is perfectly silent and a good place to find your peace in mind, the pod toilet is extremely clean, have a kitchen and don’t worries about where to throw compost, also the shower room is clean, differently visit again with my camping gear.

Due to a mistake with Airbnb, I had to check out later than expected but Gali was more than welcoming and accommodating. A kind, friendly and interesting host. Great location to walk down to the beach, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the views. Gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Fred's Place . It was in a great location a lovely well equipped unit . There is a lovely private courtyard . Fred provided extra touches including breakfast ingredients and hot cross buns . Would definitely recommend staying there .

David’s place was warm and homely. He was a very responsive and flexible host allowing us to push our booking back a day when our travel plans were impacted by the cyclone. Tidy house in a great location. I missed having a washing machine as my kids go through heaps of clothes every day however I believe guests can use the washing machine in the garage if you are staying for more than a few days.

Ling was very friendly and responsive. She kept the place spotless, clean and tidy. We felt very welcoming.

Tina and I love that Mariette said hi and made sure we got in OK. The place was an amazing break for our busy lives running gyms. We loved it so much that we do want to come again soon. thanks again!

Fabulous spot and exactly what we needed. Wonderful friendly and obliging hosts. Bed linen was great and the studio clean. Best suited for those under 6 feet tall otherwise you hit your head on the steel beams on the ceiling. Would stay again

Beautiful architecture, amazing view of the ocean, nice swimming pool and plenty of room. The hosts are amazing, very responsive and quickly took responded to our messages. One of our favorite Airbnb of all time. We will definitely be back!

Great modern unit in a great location. Internet was fast and reliable. We stayed 45 days and never had a single problem. Will book again when we come this way again

Fantastic views and a great stay! John had great communication throughout. Good access from bus route with a walk after, good local restaurants. Would recommend if staying on the island.
