Very pleasant accommodation, very clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary equipment. Marie is a very kind, understanding and responsive host. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Great stay at his place. I'd recommend it without so much as a second 🙂

I totally recommend it! The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The bedding was especially comfortable. Florian was responsive to our rather late booking.

I am on Airbnb every weekend and it is very rare today to arrive in a suitably heated accommodation. And what's nice about it. I arrived at midnight with very clear instruction from Florian it was super good in the apartment. The bed linen was spotless the bedding too and several extra duvets if needed. The pressure and heat of the shower water was spotless ( rare too ) On the other hand, decor in its rudimentary juice as in the photos. But it's better to heat than decor in my opinion.

good value for money. Hosts make themselves available, dogs are allowed, everything is walkable.

Comfortable apartment, the outdoor space is an absolute asset: lawn and terrace, no opposite (but no view either). Very nice pool, somewhat limited time pity (10am-7.30pm). Good bedding and bedroom darkened thanks to the shutter. Mat responds instantly to any request. For those who visit Rodez as a tourist: the historic center is on the other side of the bridge, but the walk is easy.

Thanks Antoine for these few days! We really enjoyed our stay in Aveyron, the house and pool are amazing and allowed us to relax completely!! We'll be happy to go back if we have a chance.

Large family house.. Authentic and nature place. Antoine is very accommodating, welcoming and discreet. We had a great stay with chickens and permaculture vegetable garden, he shared with us his delicious harvests (vegetables, fresh eggs). The swimming pool (14m) is perfect for swimmers. Comfortable, quiet and well located for visiting the area. An address to share!

Bernard is a friendly and responsive host. The accommodation is in a very good location and the views are superb. Comfortable and pleasant apartment. The bedding is good which is not insignificant! i recommend this listing for its proximity to the Lac de pareloup and its restaurant. Bernard's flexibility is a plus;) thank you again
