The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.
