I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

Angie's let us book within minutes after request! We decided to do an impromptu mini stay and she was very accommodating! Quiet, safe area...nice area. Houses on the street are well kept as well as Angie's. We felt comfortable. Pet friendly too which is a bonus! Thank you for the great stay!

We were lucky enough to find Victor's place for a last minute snowmobile weekend to New York for the first time! The area did not disappoint. Victor was very proactive, and graciously allowed us to park ahead of an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The space was clean, had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We loved the area and the rental and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality and helping to make it a memorable trip!

Robby went above and beyond before we ever booked. We found his gorgeous house by accident, and he messaged to let us know when he was opening his books for our dates. He helped us find a restaurant for a 40-person graduation dinner when another place canceled on us three days before our visit. The house is beyond its photographs. Our family of 10 (all of whom regularly stay in Airbnbs around the globe) agreed that this house could not have been more perfect. So well appointed in every way….every detail thoughtfully put in place. Simply the best!

Audrey's place was the perfect spot for a cozy night away. Everything was exactly as described and shown, Audrey was incredibly responsive and flexible with a later check-out time. The best part was the creek in the side yard- such a relaxing place to have a beer in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We lucked out finding this spot!

Our family enjoyed staying in Utica at this home. It was a good location in a safe neighborhood, in walking distance to a grocery store. It was great for our family of 5, we had plenty of space with four bedrooms. Thank you for this accommodation, it was greatly appreciated!

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s house for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Tim was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The house was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s well cared for. The beds were all super comfortable, making it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after our adventures. The location was perfect—just a short, convenient drive to the casino, which made our weekend plans effortless. If you’re considering booking this home, do it! It’s spacious, clean, and in a prime location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. Working with Tim was awesome! He was so helpful and communicative. He even made sure to rearrange the space for us before we came, so that it would be exactly what we needed. So so so WONDERFUL! The whole house was so cozy and a perfect space to gather with family - we plan to rent here again!

The place was fantastic for our situation as my brother lives on Proctor Blvd and walking or driving was so easy to his daughters wedding. The only complaint was the weather. Is there something you can do to rectify that? Kidding. All in all it worked out great and the space was exceptional. Thanks Joan, good luck selling it.

Where to begin? Words cannot explain the peace & serenity!!! Everything you could want/need from a hot tub, to a pool, an awesome fire pit!!! The views seriously are breathtaking. If you enjoy nature, this is the place!! We had a couples getaway, and all we kept saying was we can’t wait to come back with the kids!! This place is an absolute GEM. So comfortable, so welcoming. Somer and Jeremy did everything to make sure we were comfortable. Anytime we needed ANYTHING ( which was really only wood for the fire 😆 and a bag of adult board games ) they were there within 15 minutes supplying us with whatever we needed. The house was stocked with everything we could need for outdoor fun, indoor fun, snuggling by the fire, cooking meals or even just relaxing watching a movie. Spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable and close but not ontop of each other. No neighbors too close, just nature and serenity; But still close enough to the town. best place I’ve been to! Thank you!!!💜

We really enjoyed our stay here overall! Despite a few hiccups, Patrick and his team were very helpful and responsive to the door code not working and a few other minor things. The house is very clean, and beyond the most well stocked airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Any and everything you would possibly need for your stay was thought about. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. We unfortunately had very bad weather most of the trip so the pool was too cold to use. But we enjoyed use of the trampoline, grill, and basketball hoop. It was nearby some things to do and a walmart as well. It was very comfortable and spacious. We hope to come back sometime when the weather is nicer to enjoy that pool!

Peaceful and beautiful. Upon arrival we noticed right away how secluded this was and set back off the road. The porch is a great place to relax and forget about the daily grind. Fire pit is a great place for smores. Inside this beautiful Adirondack cabin is very tastefully done in country stylings. The loft is a great comfortable place to catch some zzzz s. we had a great time and will be back.

Great place that was clean and easy to find

The family really enjoyed being at the upscale camp. We had a campfire, charcoal grill and flat- top grill to enjoy. We loved hanging out on the porch! If your family doesn't mind sharing the open space in the loft, it's a great hangout. You still have wifi and TV, so you aren't completely without electronics at camp. We successfully fished Lake Oneida. Also attended the Syracuse Food Truck Battle before the high winds hit. We had a great time!

We loved this little lake house, so charming and cozy. The place was easy to find and located in a nice lake community with lots to do near by

The place was very clean and comfortable for our weekend upstate. We enjoyed walking down to the state park with our dog and exploring town. Julie was a great host. We would highly recommend her place!

Hands down one of the best airbnb stays and hosts! Wanted to spend my husband’s birthday at the Buddy shack and happened to mention that to Brandon before the stay. When we checked in, baked chocolate cake, ice cream, a gift bag, a birthday card and a beautiful handwritten note were waiting for us. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe this gesture! And there are thoughtful touches around the house that made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent. Felt like I was chatting with a friend. Tried two restaurants that they recommended and both could give the NYC restaurants a run for their money! The property is beautiful. Enjoyed excellent weather and quiet time by the lake. Overall, I highly recommend the Buddy Shack. You will return with wonderful memories and a full heart!

Fabulous stay. Photos don’t show how nice and open the space it. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home. Location was perfect for our needs and the dedicated parking was very convenient.

Great little cabin on the lake! It was just what we were looking for. Quiet and peaceful! Instant relaxation. Super comfy bed, gorgeous views. Amazing fire pit at the waters edge. The host gave excellent restaurant suggestions and we took his suggestion to go Green Lakes State Park! So glad we did!!! Definitely would recommend this place!
