Log cabin living with this beautiful cozy getaway right across the road from Oneida Lake. Private back yard with a grill and firepit for a relaxing afternoon. Great place for a romantic getaway. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

The Marvelous Beach House

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home right next to the beach. You are steps away from the sand and the lime life the beach has to offer. Fully furnished with all that you would need. There is central air and heat. I supply the some toiletries, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent, and there is some shampoo and soap if you forget yours.
