Communication with Hilary was great! She gave us terrific restaurant recommendations and was very responsive to any inquiries. The Annex is very nice, peaceful year with a little view of the water, a pleasant, comfortable home for our one week stay. The refrigerator had some goodies to get us started (milk, juice, eggs, etc.) and Hilary even offered to pick up some items while she was out shopping. Nothing is far really on IOM, but we were very close to Douglas which made our early ferry departure a breeze.

Nice 4 bed house with everything you need . Four of used it as a base for a motorbike tour , driveway provided off road parking . Good size lounge with massive TV . Little garden at the back with Astro turf . Good Comms from hosts.

Over the years I've stayed in quite a few Aibnb properties, but never encountered one like this. The cottage and its surroundings are exceptional. It's a very special kind of structure, internal design is in very good taste, and top notch amenities maintained to the highest standard possible. It would be difficult to imagine this place being surpassed for anyone seeking peace and quiet in an aesthetically pleasing environment. Neil and Gaciela were very helpful in every possible way, and always available if the need arose, while fully respectful of my privacy. I will definitely be going there again.

Kathryn’s place is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. She is genuinely a super host and a great designer. The attention to detail in the apartment is exquisite. Kathryn has inspired me to do more to welcome guests through interior design features in my own home. The location is perfect with the sound of the sea and gulls gently nudging you deeper and deeper into relaxation. Arrival felt like landing in heaven and that sense never waned.
