Monthly Rentals in Omiya Ward

It was a great space for my family. Choosing this place for my first overseas trip was a really good choice. The cute props and classic devices and structures that evoked nostalgia made my heart flutter, and there was a space for my child, so I didn't feel bored at all. I didn't come down from the second floor. The surroundings are quiet and you can feel the Japanese tranquility, and the train makes the emotions even more intense. I plan to recommend it to others, and I sincerely appreciate your kindness and quick response. You must have been busy raising your child, but you showed a lot of consideration. Thank you again

It was a lovely place to stay that I can especially recommend for those who have business in the Saitama area! In addition to being able to use the entire house, the manager was also next door and responded quickly, and it was a very satisfying stay including the polite care.

This is a relatively new house located about 12 minute-walk (or 5 mins by bus) to the Omiya train station. I like the interior setup in the house: modern furniture and equipment. The landlord (or manager) is very responsive and generous. For example, knowing that the cherry tree viewable from the living-room window is blocked by construction work, the landlord offered to give me a discount even though this is not his responsibility. I really appreciate the landlord's kindness although I declined his offer of discount. That said, I must bring up some thing for your attention: Probably because the house is located between two nearby bridges, we will feel that the house is shaking a bit whenever heavy vehicles like trucks pass by. For people who are sensitive to noise and shaking, this might be something you should be aware of. Other than that, this is a nice choice of accommodation for traveling in Saitama.
