This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The place was beautiful and just like the pictures ! Each room has its own balcony which was very good. It was very central. Only the parking was a bit difficult because it is in the center. The stay was beautiful. I would book it again and again Thank you for everything.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

We booked last minute for a quick getaway. Manos was very responsive and made us feel right at home. He even added Christmas decorations and we felt so cozy! Quick walk to the centre of the village so great to pop out and come back with the family. Parking nearby and quick access to the surrounding areas. We'll definitely be back on next trip up north

Perfect starting point to explore Chalkidiki and surroundings, by car. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Various seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Savvas quickly and kindly inquired about our condition and gave us helpful tips. Overall, we were very pleased with our host and "KatIcon Haus Sozopolis"!

Excellent accommodation choice. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed, which was also in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for whatever we needed. We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

Eleni's place was amazing, as always! This is my go-to AirBnb spot in Thessaloniki, I can't recommend it enough!
