Nestled at the foothills of the Wichita Mountains, the Take a Hike Cabin at The Lazy Buffalo portrays the captivating landscape that awaits you in the Wichita Mountains where you can find 59,000 acres of mixed prairie grass, ancient mountains, lakes, streams, and miles upon miles of trails waiting to be discovered. The Lazy Buffalo has 13 themed cabins. The spacious Take a Hike Cabin is handicap accessible, sleeps 2 guests, and offers a king size bed and bathroom with a roll in tiled shower.

Quartz Mountain Escape

One bedroom cabin on 1500 private acres of the Quartz Mountains. The owners live on the same property near the cabin. Hiking, wildlife watching, fishing within walking distance. Cabin is 300 square feet and has two twin bunk beds and one full bed. A full kitchen with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom with shower. Electric outdoor grill. Fire pit when weather permits. There is a smart tv with inernet. No more than 4 people in or at the cabin at any given time. Additional pet fee of $30

The dock house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay by the lake. It has minisplit air conditioners in every room to keep you cool on hot summer days. Has your own fishing dock and river access in back yard. Quartz mountain state park is only quarter of mile away. Also available for use is a pedal boat that seats up to 4 and you can explore the river in it. There is a 2 in 1 washer/dryer that is available on stays of 3 or more. Kitchen has all essentials that you would need.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. The home is equipped with WiFi, coffee maker, full kitchen, tv in every bedroom and living room, sleeper sofa and 4 queen size beds to make your stay comfortable.
