Rural and child-friendly, but at the same time only 15-20 min from Bergen city center by car. Bus stop 100 meters away. Here you get a large garden with several seating groups, barbecue, pizza oven, hot tub, fire pan, 2 fishing rods and trampoline. There are 2 kayaks that can be used during the summer months There are many nice places to travel both to water and to land in the area of Håkonshella/Alvøen. Electric car charger available

If you need a quiet place overlooking the sea and fresh sea air this is the place for you. Short distance to the airport (5 min by car) and 3 min to walk to the sea with opportunities to fish, swim and hike. There is a bus connection to the light rail which is 3 km away. The light rail runs from the airport and into Bergen city center. It is also possible to take the express boat that stops just down by the quay (3 min walk) and takes 35 minutes to Bergen city center. The house is new and modern with 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Absolutely unique, seaside and modern property in the entrance to Bergen. Fantastic 180° sea view with the great Askøy Bridge in the middle of the sight. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee, on the large terrace, while studying boating just outside. Great cruise ships sail majestically past, about in the middle of the living room. About 15 minutes by car to Bergen city center. Otherwise, you can take the bus from the bus stop nearby. There is also passenger boat connection from Kleppestø quay, not far away.

There are great public transportation options from the terminal in Loddefjord, with direct buses to the airport, Haukeland Hospital, and Bergen city. It is approx. a 10 min. This is a great place to stay for visiting Bergen… just a short bus ride to the centre yet benefits from the beauty & peace of being out of town. Spacious accommodation provides plenty of room for relaxing… the photos do not do it justice! Enormous open plan sitting / dining room (with balcony) + kitchen, twin bedroom & WC on the first floor + 2 further bedrooms & wet room downstairs. The garden was tidy & outdoor furniture comfortable (for the dry days!) Tage was great at communicating both before & during the trip… speedy with responses & quick to provide all necessary information. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in due to our morning flight. I would not hesitate to recommend this property & will certainly be booking again for future trips to Norway. Thanks Tage!

Julie's place is very nice and very well equipped (we were 5 adults). It is in a great location in relation to Bergen: 15 minutes drive. We also appreciated being able to use the residence's secure underground parking. Communication with Julie was perfect. This step will be one of the good memories of our trip to Norway. Recommended!

Wow! what a view. A 15 minute drive from the centre of Bergen. peaceful and a lovely apartment. it had everything you needed for self catering. It was great to sit and watch movements on the Fjord right in front of you. The bathroom and toilet was one floor down, but was absolutely no trouble for us. There was some noise from aircraft but again not that it bothered us. If we were to come back to the Bergen area, this would be our first choice. Thank you Eva-Jorunn, Halil and Ayla for letting us stay in your wonderful home. Dean & Gil
