Apartment on the 1st floor of a building, 45 sqm with 1 bedroom. Free parking and charging possibilities (upon agreement). Peaceful area within walking distance to the bus, mountains and beach. 10 min drive to the city center. The apartment has bedding, towels, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a shower, a toilet, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a kettle. Queen size bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (queen size when unfolded) and a TV. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves. The apartment is soundproofed, but you can hear that there are people living above.

Possibility of parking at the property. Great hiking areas just nearby with, among other things, a great walking path towards Foldnes (Kyrkjevegen). Child-friendly surroundings with proximity to playgrounds. There is a bus connection 5 min walk away towards Straume/Bergen, but own means of transport is recommended. Living room has 55"TV with possibility for streaming via PC or Chromecast

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

As a nice extra, there is a pizzeria on the ground floor of the building – perfect for a quick meal. Paid parking is available at Laksevåg Senter. No parking associated with the apartment.

Brand new apartment near Søreide in Bergen in a quiet area with nice views. Contains living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a storage room with office desk. Not suitable for smaller children as outdoor areas are not finished. Bedroom has a large double bed, in the living room is a sofa bed, it is a little shorter than a regular bed. 10 min walk to bus stop. 10 min drive from airport, 15 min drive from city center. 2 grocery stores 2 km away. Nice hiking areas and bathing waters nearby.
