In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the cribs. In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

PLEASE READ: This holiday home beautifully situated near the Hoge Veluwe National Park. The wooded area is special in every season. The holiday home is located at the Goudsberg park in the Gelderse Vallei near Lunteren. There are 2 holiday homes on the property, equipt for a total of 10 people, 4 in the chalet and 6 in the house maximum if using the foldable bed. ‼️IMPORTANT EXTRA COSTS: 10€ per bedlinnen set (towel included) - or bring your own 10€ per day per bike (2 bikes available)
