Hi Barbara, the apartment has a very good location to the Luisenviertel. Public transport and suspension train are close by. There are only 2 stations to the train station, very convenient for me. E.g. for excursions to Düsseldorf by S-Bahn (30 min) or regional train (20 min). For me as a single traveler, the apartment had everything I needed. Every little thing was thought of, amenities perfect. For me, the parking space in the courtyard was very important. But I was able to leave the car most of the time. I'd love to come back when I'm in Wuppertal. Best regards, Frank

This was my second time staying with Felix – and again everything was perfect. Felix is a great host: friendly, reliable, and always helpful. The place is lovely, very clean and tidy. The check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated and pleasant. I would love to come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable with Michael, the house is very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything, everything is as in the photos. We especially enjoyed the terrace and garden. An unexpected extra plus were the two large hobbyhorses that our 5-year-old daughter was busy with all weekend! :-D There are also plenty of games, the table tennis table was another great surprise. We enjoyed the time very much and are already thinking about when we can come back!

We were already guests two years ago and will also be happy to come back. The apartment is well equipped, the landlords incredibly nice and accommodating and the location is beautiful. The Birkenhof distillery is just a stone's throw away and the view from the window in the morning is truly breathtaking. We spent a wonderful girls weekend in Alpenrod and felt completely comfortable. Thank you for the great time!

We immediately fell in love with this wonderful apartment in a fantastic location! Stephi took care of everything here to make you feel welcome and was always responsive! A cool welcome greeting for us and a dog bowl and toy were available for the furry friends. The high-quality furnishings were extremely clean and well maintained and actually we don't want to praise it too much, so that the gem is not always fully booked ;-) but we would have given even more stars! We were completely satisfied with the apartment. Clean, quiet location, and equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen was as well equipped as it was no other before. Heike and Marco are very nice, helpful hosts! If we have appointments in Bonn and the surrounding area again, we will be happy to come back!

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The "old garage" had a very wonderful charm and was almost nicer than seen on the website. The communication with Lukas, the environment, the well-equipped apartment and the wonderful surroundings made us feel completely comfortable and we would like to come back again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, quiet location and a lovely, homey apartment with a view! We had everything we needed and sebastian was very welcoming and generous. Would love to go back sometime.
