We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Forget the stresses of everyday life and take a break in our cozy vacation home, “Auszeit am Waldrand,” in the beautiful Sauerland Nature Park. Situated on a property of over 400 square meters (4,300 square feet), this detached vacation home can accommodate up to 3 people and offers a living area of 50 square meters (538 square feet), as well as a large balcony with panoramic views over the Hundemtal valley. This roof-only vacation home, located in a tranquil vacation village, is a pet-free, non-smoking property.

A train station is a 10-minute walk away (RE to Cologne/Aachen and Cologne S-Bahn). Directly to Messe Köln-Deutz in about 50 minutes. Shopping/restaurants are about a 10-minute walk. Accessible entrance, living-dining area, fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area: terrace, garden, barbecue 2 car parking spaces, max. 2 dogs are welcome.

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

If you are looking for peace, want to enjoy nature and simply relax, this is the place to be. The cute Catrin vacation home is newly renovated and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires with its cozy country house style charm. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door. Cologne is easily accessible by car or train. The icing on the cake is the sauna, the fireplace and the Pipo circus wagon, where you can paint, make music or relax.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

Fancy a vacation in a listed spacious vacation home? 120 sqm on 2 floors with all comfort await you. The detached house is at your disposal. From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower, to the cozy stove in the living room, nothing is left to be desired. In the large bedroom there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the center.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
