The place is beautiful, even nicer than the photos, it has private access to the Cau Cau beach. It has everything you need to be able to stay several days without any problems. It is ideal for those who travel by vehicle, since it is easier to get around

The apartment is very well located on the coastal edge, offering privileged views of the sunsets. It is close to a supermarket, making it easy to shop to stay in the place. Claudia is a very good and understanding host and although we did not meet her in person, she was very quick to respond to our questions and requirements. In our case, we request the use of the interior jacuzzi of the building and she managed the reservation by us. The instructions for entry to the apartment and the use of the building's premises were very clear and we had no problems. Recommended place to escape the city and enjoy the sea.

Excellent stay at Matias and Carolina's house. The two were very concerned at all times about maintaining clear and timely communication and instructions. The house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we found everything impeccable. A very nice place to rest. I went with my 3-month-old and 3-year-old children, and it's definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

We spent wonderful days, the hosts and their team were very attentive. The place is much nicer in person than in photos, everything is impeccable, beautiful places, very attractive coastal area. The place has a very well-kept environment, you can walk. I went with my partner, children and my parents (seniors) and it is an ideal place to be at peace. A wonderful experience, I recommend everything without a doubt, you wouldn't imagine that in that area, you can find a place to rest and spend nice days. The place is beautiful, it is spacious, it has all the amenities, it is a very clean place, it is 12 minutes from a supermarket, access by dirt road but in good condition. The whole place is well furnished, we only brought towels and our stay was very comfortable.

The house is really nice, everything works perfectly, the decor is nice and cozy and it is very well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, duvets, etc.). It's even better than what you can see in the photos. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host for questions and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

We loved our stay at Fabiola and Cristian's cabin! It is very comfortable with everything you need plus a fully equipped gazebo. Absolutely superb stay! While we were still in Thailand Marta asked if we would need any extra things in the apartment, told us everything about the apartment and how to get there. Later our flight from Sydney was delayed by 8 hours but Marta was in touch and coordinated for Valentina to meet us for check in late afternoon, thank you for that! As for the apartment - everything is perfect, gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets, all necessary appliances, heaters, TV with Youtube and Netflix, good internet, large terrace and parking space in the underground parking. Big Jumbo within walking distance of the house. Nice beautiful cafes around and sand dunes. We had a wonderful stay this month. Marta helped with everything, she is a great host and person. I wish you all the best and will definitely contact you again when we return to Chile!
