Hotel vacation rentals in Ollantaytambo

I really enjoyed my time in Calca, largely thanks to David and his peaceful and welcoming guesthouse. David makes all his guests feel at home immediately. It's no surprise that several of my fellow guests were repeat vistors. The room I stayed in exceeded my expectations, very comfortable, spacious, great value for money (even a TV with Netflix if you want it!). The communal garden is a lovely place to spend time reading and relaxing. In addition, the guesthouse is located at the start of some lovely hiking trails, which David will be more than happy to help you navigate, if that's your thing. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended.

Very nice place a little away from the city, space, nature, tranquility and a warm welcome! I felt like I was at home. I would highly recommend.

Our room was cozy, clean, and basic. We were in the top unit so had the best view, although anyone could walk up to the rooftop terrace to see the 360 degree view. Ollantaytambo is incredibly scenic and interesting and well worth a day or two of exploration. Edison's location was very convenient. The breakfast was good (eggs, bananas, rolls, margarine, jam, coffee, tea, & juice) and we enjoyed our conversations with Edison. This hostal only has six or seven units and we enjoyed the smaller scale of things along with the central garden space. For advice, try out Apu Veronica restaurant, which Edison recommended to us. Easily the most spectacular meal of our trip and very reasonably priced.

Justa's place was exactly what the description stated. The staff were very kind and helpfull. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants. They also called and set up a taxi for us to take back to Cusco. This was my favorite place to stay in the 3 weeks I traveled Peru.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de Barro! Our rooms were spotless and very comfy. Gathering spaces for our group almost felt like we were in a treehouse with lodge like furniture and beautiful views from the large windows. Antonio's restaurant was amazing and breakfast was wonderful in a nice sunny dining area. Make sure to stay here before it gets impossible to get a reservation!

We booked one of the larger rooms that came with an ensuite kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms, and it was amazing! Firstly the property itself was wonderful, with gardens and pebble paths lining your way to the rooms. Location-wise you literally have to enter the train station onto the platform to access the hotel, so catching your early train to Machu Picchu will be a breeze! Breakfast was great, and there were complimentary facilities such as sauna and mountain bikes. All in all, loved this place and would definitely come back again!

The hotel was great. Friendly staff. Juan helped us with a taxi who got us there. The food was good. Location was very safe and walkable. Great hot showers!

We loved our stay in Ollantaytambo! They helped us organize transportation from the Cusco airport to the Airbnb. The check in was easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot water wasn’t the best but it was manageable. The breakfast in the morning was really good! Would recommend staying here!

What a pleasure it was for us to stay with Carlos and Norma for our time in Urubamba. If you are thinking it's a bit out of the way, it's absolutely worth it. Their home is beautiful and their presence is warm. We did our best with minimal Spanish on our side and lots of Goog Translate, but we made it work. They are generous and hospitable hosts. We would absolutely return.

It is a simple, clean room with a fair price. Breakfast is served at a very convenient time (from 5:00 am) to make the most of the day. It's very close to the train station, which makes it a little noisy, but the view from the balcony makes up for it.

If we could give more than five stars we would!! This stay was one of the highlights of our trip! The place is absolutely gorgeous and Daniela and her parents are the most amazing people!! They are so good at communicating and making sure you are comfortable enjoying the stay! They made us a delicious dinner and breakfast. We also picked some fresh avocados and grenadillas from their farm. The views were stunning! It’s a great midway point between Cusco and Humantay Lake. Highly recommend!

Henry was the best! Extremely helpful, his place was so peaceful and relaxing. This was a perfect place to relax.

This place is a hidden gem!!! The views are priceless, this place is IG worthy from the rooms , infinity pool over looking the mountains, an amazing rainbow 🌈 it is family run business and swing over the mountains, this place is give you a bang for your buck. We were a group of 6 , they offered to drive us to Ollantambo train station to catch our it train to Machu Pichu . If you’re going to Machu Pichu this place is a must.

Habitacìon is very clean and tidy with modern decorations and in harmony with the Sacred Valley. View of the phenomenal Sacred Valley and a super relaxing and quiet place to spend lounging days. Pisina overlooking the valley. Jean Paul is super friendly and super responsive in helping with any questions; very cozy.

I booked this last minute and was able to check in with minimal trouble. The place was very quiet and bed was cozy.

I loved the place. It is a cozy space full of good energy. I had the opportunity to have a reiki and it was perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and reconnecting with myself. Without a doubt, a very special experience in Cusco.

I start several of my reviews about the places I stay in Peru, stating that I have stayed in many places in Peru. That's true. I stayed in many hotels in the Sacred Valley. The hotel Miss Silvia and her family have gathered is absolutely amazing. Everything is well thought and aesthetically pleasing. They have the service to a science. You are walking distance to Huayabama town which is the perfect location as it offers a "off the beaten path" and a peaceful atmosphere. You can see the stars at night - I mean really see the stars. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. Todo semico tranquilo. Do it a favor. Stay here for a week, a month, but probably no more ;-) Miss Silvia and her family are amazing.

If you want a clean, comfortable, quiet room in the heart of Pisac, this is exactly the place for you. We extended our stay by several nights because we were comfortable. There are cheap lunches on site and the possibility to do your laundry too! I would recommend it 100%

Maria's house is beautiful, a rustic decor that connects you to everything that involves the culture of the Sacred Valley of Cusco. The comfortable rooms, the impeccable bathroom and the nice views towards the countryside, super close to the Písac square. Matilde, who received us and fired us was extremely kind. We would definitely come back.
