Vacation rentals in Olimpiada

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen, die Wohnung war sehr schön und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung war super, von Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Föhn bis rezeptfreie Schmerzmittel und Mückenabwehrmittel wurden wir gut ausgestattet. Sogar Wattepads und Flipflops waren vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank gab es einen Willkommensgruß (Wein) und zwei kalte Getränke. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurden diese schnell beantwortet. Die Lage war ruhig, der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön. Gegenüber gab es einen unbelebten Strandabschnitt, dort konnte man gut alleine sein. Ein paar Kilometer weiter gab es eine Art beach bar, mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen zum Mieten für wenig Geld. Kaffee, Getränke und kleine snacks gab es dort auch. Asprovalta ist ca. 10/15 min entfernt. Hier kann man schöne lauwarme Sommerabende mit guter Gastronomie genießen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I felt right at home and truly appreciated their attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Maria and her parents are incredibly hospitable. The place is cozy, perfect for anyone looking to escape the typical crowded tourist apartments and enjoy a peaceful, home-like staycation. Everything is thoughtfully provided, from bedding and kitchen essentials to toiletries. What truly stood out to us was how genuinely they cared for their guests, it honestly felt like staying with family. We’ll definitely stay at their place again when we return to Stavros. Highly recommended!

Апартаментът е на много удобно място, като паркирахме колата точно пред вратата, което ни спести много притеснения. Мястото е малко, но напълно достатъчно за двама човека, имаше всичко необходимо, дори и купичка за вода за нашето куче. Хубавото е, че е на партер и имаш достъп до задния двор, в който нямахме проблем да пуснем нашето куче да се разхожда. Комуникацията ни беше лесна, а Теодора е толкова любезен и добър човек, тъй като бяхме запазили апартамента за две нощувки през юни месец, но поради лични проблеми не успяхме да отидем, тя ни предложи да останем още една вечер без допълнително заплащане поради невъзможността ни през юни, за което сме изключително благодарни. Със сигурност ще посетим мястото отново.

Mihalis war super freundlich, offen und sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war sehr aufmerksam, was unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse anging. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Mihalis! P.S. besonders empfehlen können wir den hauseigenen Bootsverleih - unkompliziert, sehenswert, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis!

The villa is just a bit outside the village of Stratoniki. Though located in calm surroundings (one neighbouring house), 200 meters from the main road, it is easily accessible. The beach is 12 minutes away by car, the village 3 minutes. It had all the necessary amenities, check in arrangements were flawless and the host provided some valuable information on the surroundings/things to do. The communication with Katerina was prompt and to the point - definite recommendation.

Everything was as described. Host was friendly and responsive. Location is great, nearby walking area and beach.
