La villetta è splendida, arredata anche nei piccoli particolari nello stile sardo. È stata una vera sorpresa.. Ho conosciuto i proprietari, persone veramente gentili e cordiali. La villetta è posizionata in una delle zone più belle di Budoni, sia per la vicinanza al mare e a bellissme spiagge, sia per la vicinanza ai servizi e ai centri di maggiore svago serale. Consigliatissimo

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Federica! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und einen so schönen Garten! Die Zu- und Auffahrt des Hofes stellt einen nochmal vor eine Herausforderung, aber mit etwas Übung und Hilfe ist das machbar! Wir waren in der Nebensaison vor Ort, daher waren alle Restaurants nur in Orosei direkt zu finden und somit zu weit für einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Wohnung war unfassbar schön hergerichtet und mit lieben Aufmerksamkeiten, auch für unseren Sohn, eingerichtet. Wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe sind, würde wir wieder buchen!

Locale pulito e molto ben organizzato con un piccolo giardino con barbecue ( pulito e attrezzato) che ha deliziato il soggiorno. Peccato non essere riusciti a godere a pieno della bella veranda per il caldo afoso dovuto al periodo. Oste attenta ed esperta che ha saputo indirizzarci per eventi e consigli utili sulle attività del luogo. Consiglio a chi vuol vivere la meravigliosa Sardegna in tranquillità anche ad agosto. Ottimo anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist klasse. Loredana ist sehr freundlich und antwortet blitzschnell. Torpè ist ein schöner Ort. Wir sind dort auch einmal gewandert. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke! Einmal im Außenbereich und auch in der Küche.

La casa, pur se a pochi minuti dalle spiagge piu' belle, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa ed interna rispetto alla strada. Abbiamo apprezzato la qualita' degli arredi e degli accessori, l''organizzazione degli spazi interni ed esterni in particolare il patio con il grande tavolo in pietra e le sedie di ferro battuto e la cura del prato e degli alberi sicuramente affidata ad un giardiniere esperto. Un plauso particolare alla disponibilita' di Claire nel gestire la comunicazione prima e durante il soggiorno.

l'appartamento e' impeccabile, con vista sul mare, una cala stupenda a due passi da casa. Il quartiere tranquillo e e gradevole. la casa ha Posto auto interno privato e appena fuori e' facile da trovare. Abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile non solo per le meraviglie che offre la Sardegna ma anche perche' abbiamo alloggiato un un posto così ben tenuto e organizzato. Consiglio !!! Moira e' sempre gentile e disponibile! nei dintorni c'e' una ottima offerta di posti per mangiare. Speriamo davvero di tornare presto!!!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza presso villa Barastula. La casa è ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. Angelo è stato un host speciale per attenzione e cortesia. La villa, oltre ad essere pulitissima ed attrezzatissima è dotata di un meraviglioso barbecue all’ esterno! Un grazie di cuore ad Angelo.

Sehr schönes, modernes und grosses Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist teils etwas spärlich eingerichtet aber okay. Der Garten und Sitzplatz ist eher klein, aber praktisch. Die Lage ist ruhig, am Rande der Stadt und nahe am Meer. Marco ist reaktionsschnell und direkt gegenüber stationiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Brand-new villa just as you see on the pictures. Very well-though layout of the villa, great pool, everything is new. We really enjoyed terrace next to the pool and gas grill could be used for barbecue. Villa is 10 mins away from Budoni and 15 mins from San Teodoro in a very quite village on the hill. Perfect place to chill after long day on the beach. We were 6 people altogether with 2 cars - villa was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 parking lots. Take into account that check-in is in Olbia, 30 mins by car from the villa. It was not convenient from us as we came from South. The only frustration was with garbage management. You would need to download an app that will tell you what day which garbage is collected. And the rest of the garbage waits somewhere... Only later on we found some plastic containers marked with the number of our villa (they were not in the villa when we arrived). So just be ready to make some effort on garbage management :) Overall, highly recommended!!!

The house is big and well furnished. You can find everything you need for your stay. It is a pitty that there is no garden and you see just scrubby bilding from the terrace. But you can reach the beach by foot and restaurants in Posada as well. The car can be parked directly on front of the house. We spent very nice vacation here. Thanks.

Huge villa with a nice private pool , easy to walk to budoni center and beach , Comfortable beds perfect temperature with AC in all rooms and good quality appliances ,by the way friendly and helpful staff , it was a perfect stay for the whole family

Beeindruckendes Haus, fast eine kleine Burg mit runden „Türmen“. Sehr individuelle gelungene Architektur. Ruhig gelegen in einem großzügigen Garten am Ende einer Sackgasse. Schöner Meerblick vom Balkon. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Die Betten waren bequem. Alles ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, einige Rollläden ließen sich nicht öffnen, ein Schaukelstuhl und ein Liegestuhl waren kaputt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort und würden nochmals kommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wenn man mit den genannten kleinen Einschränkungen leben kann, eine Empfehlung.

La villetta è deliziosa! In una posizione tranquilla e perfetta per girare Arbatax e i dintorni. Dotata di ogni comfort e di tutto il necessario per una permanenza rilassante. Curata nei minimi dettagli, il giardino è la veranda sono una vera chicca! Antonio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito una bellissima accoglienza e consigli utili affinché il nostro week end funzionasse alla perfezione! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in 5 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen. Ohne Auto nicht empefhlenswert. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, die Kissen halfen dabei leider auch nicht weiter. Sonst alles Tip Top. Manuela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und dauerhaft erreichbar.

We had an amazing holiday at Silvia’s house! We could check in very easily and flexible and the communication with Silvia was very helpful, quickly and always friendly! She gave us a lot of tips for must-sees as the most beautiful beaches or gave us a hint for a music festival at Budoni. The place itself is very beautiful, perfectly clean and welcoming! I have to outline the really big equipment of the kitchen which I never had before in an holiday home. We even found a stock of pasta, coffee, wine or oil that we could use at our arrival (and replaced afterwards) - which was so nice after a long flight. The pool was also amazing. It is good to know that there is no wifi 🛜 at home - but in fact it was nice to enjoy a digital detox during our stay. I can only recommend and we will definitely come back for our next holiday on Sardegna!

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem Paradies von Silvana und Luciano verbracht. Beide Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Strände, welche mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind, aber auch ein traumhaftes Pool mit kristallklarem Wasser steht den Gästen bei der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Es ist uns schwer gefallen, diese mit viel Liebe kreierte Oase wieder zu verlassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles an Silvana und Luciano

Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Familie (4-6 Personen) - sehr zu empfehlen! Wir sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und hat alles was man braucht. Von der Geschirrwaschmaschine, Ofen, Wasserkocher und Föhn bis zu einer Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Der private Pool gefiel unseren Kindern sehr gut. Das Haus hat einen Privatparkplatz. Die Lage ist toll und ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in Kürze wunderschöne Strände und Budoni liegt nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Dort hat es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und einfach. Herzlichen Dank!

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!
