My place is in Dortmund Wickede, and is located on the city border to Unna. The connection to road and public transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center of Dortmund is 12 km, with the S-Bahn S4 to the Stadthaus stop in 12 minutes. In Wickede there are shops, restaurants and opportunities for breakfast. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, is under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a freestanding bed (see photos).

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Apartment in a quiet two-family house on the outskirts of town

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.
