Ideal geographical location to get to St Florent on the west side, as well as to the north towards the Cape, but also to the south. 5 minutes from the city center and beaches, you benefit from a free parking space in a private parking lot. If you prefer public transport, the stop is on the opposite sidewalk. Finally, to enjoy the cool evenings you can have an aperitif and dine on the terrace.

The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.
