Amazing house and comfortable stay. Neighbour made the stay a little sour as we did not know where the dust bin was and accidentally disposed it in the wrong area. Although I apologised to the neighbour who was rightfully unhappy, he decided to not accept the apology and kept provoking the issue. Tatiana was informed of this incident and swiftly aided us. I recommend Tatiana and her place to anybody visiting the country.

Fantastic stay in an incredible location. Sarah and Philippe were great hosts, very helpful and responsive. We will definitely return.

Logement rénové très récemment, très propre et fonctionnel. L’appartement de plain pied à une jolie terrasse : il est intégré à une bâtisse plus importante qui a été divisée en trois. Très calme car un peu éloigné de la route principale (E6). Emplacement idéal juste en face du quai du ferry qui relie Olderdalen aux Lyngen situées en face (40 mn de traversée). C’est très pratique pour varier ses randonnées sur les deux massifs. Épicerie accessible à pied. Départ d’une randonnée importante (Gillaviri) depuis le village. Aksel et Nathalie habitent une maison voisine : ils sont très amicaux et serviables. Même si ils ne pratiquent pas eux mêmes le ski de randonnée, ils connaissent très bien le sujet et sont de bons conseils. Logement idéal pour deux, même si un couchage d’appoint est possible dans le salon.

What a magical place! We had a through and through amazing experience. The cabin is really cozy and has everything you need and more. It's situated in audibly and visually calming surroundings, pretty much forcing you to slow down. We spent many hours relaxing, a fire cracking in the stove, enjoying the views, eating waffles, enjoying life. At night we fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves, still seeing glimpses of the last aurora. Steffen himself is also a pure gem. Super kind, responsive and accommodating. More than once he offered or answered what we weren't even thinking about. This is one of those places where you think twice if you should really write an honest review because it will cause more people to come, making it harder for you to come back. But it's so deserved, we couldn't give anything but 5 stars!

This is a simply lovely little flat. The detailed instructions to access it, the meticulous book - and of course, the place itself is just perfect. It's a short walk to downtown and even though there is a bus, we just walked everywhere. We had a single issue with the kettle and our host was exceptionally prompt to answer and quickly took care of the problem - just a wonderful experience overall, and we would definitely stay here again. The beds are very comfortable and even though the kitchen is tiny, it sufficed for our needs.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Bente genossen. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, der Blick durch das große Fenster ist großartig. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alle Utensilien die man benötigt. (Töpfe, Auflaufform, Gewürze, Handtücher etc.) Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes klappte super! Wir hatten sehr sehr viel Schnee, weshalb das spazieren nur mit Schneeschuhen möglich war. Die Einfahrt wurde aber regelmäßig von einem Nachbarn mit dem Traktor geräumt! Wir empfehlen definitiv ein Auto (am besten 4x4) um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen und die Gegend zu besichtigen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr! We booked this property 4 months in advance and at that time it had only one review. We trusted it and we were not wrong. The apartment is new and bigger than it appears in the pictures. It is bright, comfortable and has a 5 star view of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.The bathroom is large and has many places to put your thing.This is one of the top 3 Airbnb accommodations we have stayed in. And especially because of the hosts! Wonderful people willing to help with anything you need. They waited for us with warm cakes just out of the oven. We found essential things for breakfast in the fridge. Even though the weather was not on our side and it snowed almost every day, Jann cleared the snow from the parking lot and offered to take us wherever we wanted. Although we didn't see the Northern Lights in all their magic, it was worth traveling 5000km one way to meet wonderful people. Thank you Reidun & Jann! We hope to return soon. Gina & Dan - Romania

This place is just out of the world. Its right infront of a beautiful fjord. we were able to see the northern lights just from the balcony. The cabin is squeaky clean and so beautiful. The property has everything you will need when you are away from the home. we felt right at home. Karine has provided us with proper instructions. If followed exactly, in and out to the cabin will be very easy.
