Vacation rentals with a patio in Old-West

Janine's apartment was extremely clean, well-maintained and stylishly furnished. The furniture was in perfect, almost new condition. Despite the proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so you could fully enjoy the stay. I felt very comfortable from the first moment – almost like at home and would like to come back anytime. The hostess was also extremely friendly, accommodating and communication was quick and pleasant.

Chad's place was perfect for our weekend in Leipzig. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children (> 10 years). We were received in a very friendly manner and everything was briefly shown to us. The apartment is large, it has everything you need and the surroundings are also really great - many restaurants/pubs, the tram is also just around the corner, as well as shops, bakeries, etc. Can absolutely recommend the apartment!

The apartment is located not far from the center (about 10 min walk) and is amazingly quiet and green (trees) on the courtyard side (balcony). The parking lot is perfectly located, next to the building. Everything is available in the apartment. On foot, you can quickly reach the "Karli" or wherever life takes place.

I was allowed to be a guest at Katharina's for the second time. She is a very friendly, lovely, warm and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything at the place. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the stylish house. Parking is right in front of the house at all times? – no problem (one street down the road looks different). I would love to come back.

Beautiful accommodation with small private fenced garden, great also with dog. Within walking distance, you can reach the forest in 10 minutes and Lake Zwenkau in 30 minutes 👍

Very nice and spacious apartment in the Waldstraßenviertel. Walking distance to zoo and downtown. Communication with Mathias was straightforward and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and surroundings are a dream. In the suburbs, you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. There was even a small cake and some nice greetings to welcome us. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the surrounding area. Leipzig Zoo is 40 minutes by car. Sachsen Therme [Saxony thermal baths] - 20 minutes Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastically located. Unfortunately, there is no sidewalk on the road to the house. After a short stretch along the road, there are good walking paths. We recommend the place.

The house was comfortable and close to the tram line that took us everywhere we needed to go easily. Claudia responded quickly with the one issue we encountered and gave us instructions for a solution plus sent someone early the next day to make sure it was working. It was a great place to stay.

We spent 4 days at the fair and had a very pleasant stay. Check-in went smoothly, everything was clean and well maintained. Shopping is right nearby, which was very convenient and everything needed for communal cooking was there. By car, you can reach the fair in just 10 minutes, which is ideal for a stay with a fair visit. After a long, stressful day at the fair, we were also able to enjoy a delicious restaurant right on the street. All around a recommended place to stay!

We were in Leipzig for the gymnastics festival and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was tip-top clean, the location ideal – quiet, yet central – and the communication with Marcel was super warm and uncomplicated. You felt right at home! The apartment is clean, functional and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

It is rare that everything you need for a comfortable stay is on site. But here it was really like home: all possible amenities, equipment, and even snacks and drinks to welcome! Dazzling cleanliness, beautifully furnished apartment, Internet, cable TV - we were impressed by the professionalism. This is definitely the best offer in Leipzig! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We recommend this place and the lovely hostess :)

We visited Leipzig as a family for 2 days. The apartment offered plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything was very satisfactory, we can't complain about anything.

If you don't need to be in the heart of Leipzig, this apartment is a fine choice. Parking is great if you have a car and public transportation is great into the heart of Leipzig, taking only a few minutes by tram. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with a washer/ dryer combination. Jens and Carsten are responsive hosts ad very helpful. The bed is comfortable and there are some fie Asian restaurants withincise waking distance as well as a nearby supermarket.
