Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Georgetown Airbnb! The location was perfect, nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood, and within walking distance to its shops and restaurants. The host had local tips for dining and activities. The space was quiet and felt private, yet so close to all the action. Check-in was easy, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We particularly enjoyed the charm of this older home. Overall, this was an ideal base for exploring DC. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm in Georgetown! Would definitely stay here again.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This location is walkable and great for families even with restaurants nearby and we felt safe the whole time. The White House and everything to see in DC is easily walkable, or a short Uber! This townhome offers very comfortable beds/bedrooms, and awesome shower heads.

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a great neighborhood and a suitable stay for our needs. There were some hiccups with entry due to technical issues but the host was incredibly responsive, helping us solve these issues promptly. I would add the stairs are a bit steep inside, which was fine for us but just calling it out for those with mobility issues. Overall, it's a lovely home and will definitely be staying again for our next trip to DC.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Thad’s place is cozy and welcoming. The space was great for 2 adults and 2 children. I loved the small details like a bottle of wine, water and capri suns for the kids. Parking was easy. Metro, restaurants and super markets are within walking distance. Communication was thorough and clear. Overall, I recommend Thad’s place and would stay there again!

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

Hudson’s place was perfect for our DC Trip- I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Super convenient to everything, great walkable food places nearby, and Hudson was super responsive with our questions. We hopefully will be back soon and hope to stay with Hudson again!

Beautiful and spacious sousterrain. Living room with kitchenette, spacious bathroom and separate bedroom with good bed. Parking with permit on the street, not always in front of the door unfortunately, but doable. Half an hour walk to the Capitol. And the metro station at Union Station is a fifteen minute walk away. We were there the three nights we could stay there very happy!

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

Great place to stay! Fit exactly the description and felt very private as well.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

We wanted to thank you for being so accommodating with our last minute requests and working with us to make sure we had a safe and clean place near the hospital. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying here if anyone has a chance. The accommodations were perfect for two couples - we all were highly satisfied and quite relieved that in fact all was as "advertised"

Great little spot to get some rest! We enjoyed our stay and loved playing in the grass out back. Host was super proactive and allowed us to check in early for a small fee. Washer and dryer was nice to have and the master bathroom was large and perfect. Had a nice walk in closet with a door to the bathroom. Nice living room setup for the kids to play games on the table. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Would recommend!

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!
