Clean house convenient to town and local shops. Parking off the street was close to the house and easily accessible.

Very cute apartment. Great location for visiting University of New Mexico. Will plan on staying here again to come visit my kiddo.

Visiting Albuquerque? Don't even think about a bedsitter hotel/motel if Serge's place is available! The apartment is superb - parking, easy entrance, great well-stocked kitchen, strong wifi, tv, two excellent bedrooms, dining table, comfortable, solid furniture, squeaky clean, and a private outside area as well. There is a large park just a block away, shopping is a half mile away, and numerous excellent restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. This is an affordable 5-star property!

Fantastic stay, had everything we needed! Perfect location if you are visiting Nob Hill or the University. Comfy, firm bed. Hope to stay again when back in ABQ

Was looking for a place to stay while apartment hunting. Got in late but Klay was responsive and very helpful. The place looked just like the pictures! Super clean and cozy. Spent the evenings listening to the quiet. Would stay here again!

Great place within easy walking distance to many foot hill trails up the mountain! I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The place was well kept and had everything I needed. Very clean and functional.

All in all, good stay. Neighbors (not in our building) got loud one night, but other than that it was quiet. Nicely landscaped, well furnished and stocked with basics. Learning curve to operate the heat and air, but we are all over 60, so that could just be us, lol.

I stayed here for three months when I was in a housing transition. It worked out really well. The host is incredibly responsive. There were hardly any issues at all, but in three months, things come up. Lester and his crew are outstanding. The place has a really nice vibe. It’s a typical urban apartment complex, so you hear people occasionally, but nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone is very friendly. It’s around the corner from the police station so you do hear sirens at night. However, I also leave the balcony door open pretty much all the time because of my cat. The TV was in a slight alcove, which must have a sound proofing effect. I never heard anyone else’s TV the entire time! Incredible. One tiny detail is that unlike the photos, the unit was painted entirely gray. A little gloomy, but not a big deal. Overall, this was a really good experience and I would stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the open, modern and bright kitchen/dining area large enough to accommodate our family of 6. Was really nice that each bedroom has an updated private bath and large screen tv. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood felt very safe with many people strolling the area walking dogs and visiting with neighbor's. We would 100% stay here again when visiting the area.

If I could give Agiola and her place more stars I absolutely would! Our stay was absolutely perfect! Agiola’s place has everything you need: iron, washer and dryer, hair dryer, even makeup remover wipes! Agiola was so kind and friendly throughout our stay and gave us some great recommendations for dinner and breakfast places! Her hospitality was incredible and I felt right at home. Not to mention the airbnb is adorable!!!

I have been staying at these apartments for the past year and have just extended for another year. The apartments look exactly like the photos--very clean with all of the appliances, kitchen utensils you need. Security is excellent, two keypads to get into the apartment and it is well lit at night. Parking on site and secure. Communication is excellent--there is a response almost immediately.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was noisy, music playing all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our kids thought it was super novel and exciting to have a three story apartment. 😆 We would happily stay here again!

Excellent. I had a nice restful sleep, which means a lot when you’re traveling and doing so much. I think it’s a nice neighborhood setting too.

We loved this place! We chose this location because we were going to a festival at Balloon Fiesta Park and wanted something walkable. The walk from inside the festival at the park to the AirBNB was just over 2 miles and took us 45 minutes. The unit was extremely clean and modern with a huge bathroom and nice workspace. We would absolutely stay here again!
