Carls place is clean, cozy, and has a homey feel. There is plenty of room to spread out, and it’s very convenient to Falmouth. Carl was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Derek's place was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. We were celebrating my 50th birthday so we ate out for all meals, however the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to stay in and cook. He was very responsive to all messages responding immediately. We even changed our dates without issue and he was very accommodating. Check in was simple with a passcode. Thanks again... we will definitely be back!!!

I stayed for several weeks and found it to be well equipped and comfortable. The apt is over a garage to which other guests have access, but this was not an issue. There is a hardware/lumber place next door and occasionally (2-3 times) I was woken up by noise in their compound - I am an early riser, so I didnt find it to be an issue at all. I biked or walked everywhere--the location is safe and very close to the Falmouth bus depot, the Shining Sea bike path+bird sanctuary, and downtown Falmouth. The space is really comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. There are lots of pots and pans and even things for baking. I stayed in early Spring and the heating system was efficient and the skylights provided lots of light so that the space felt airy and cozy. Victoria & Caroline are very responsive and welcoming with lots of helpful recommendations/info for places to rent bikes, markets within walking distance, etc. I would definitely stay here again!
