Each bedroom has memory foam queen mattress, 2 couches with full size memory foam pull out and 1 with queen pull out, this place comfortably sleeps 12. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.

This basement unit has 2 bedrooms, a living/kitchen area, & bathroom with a front patio area. Gas grill and picnic table in the patio area for the family to enjoy meals together. There is a community washer/dryer in the building. The beach is 90' from your door. Amusement parks, restaurants, shopping, water parks, and of course...The famous Old Orchard Beach pier are all within 10 min walk to 10 min drive!
