Apartment vacation rentals in Old Orchard Beach

I had an amazing month-long stay here! Krystle was always very friendly, help, and quick to respond! The place was quaint & cozy, beautiful and right across the street from the beach! Walking distance to the pier and restaurants, fantastic location! All of the appliances and everything worked great, my stay was very easy, relaxing, and I never had a problem. Would absolutely return & definitely recommend booking with Krystle!!

Eva's place was fantastic! It is so adorable and shows pride of ownership. The place was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The place was immaculate when I arrived and had everything I needed. The location was great and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. All instructions were super clear and Eva left a list of local recommendations. Eva was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!! Gull's Nest is as adorable and as neat and clean as pictured.

Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Such a Beautiful place! Everything was brand new and super clean and meticulously styled full of charm ! This gem had everything you needed to have the most comfortable stay . The views in the main house and the additional boat house that was there for your enjoyment were nothing short of magical Jill the host was such a nice person and on the spot responsive if you needed anything, she truly cares about your experience and put so much heart into the special details in this home . This actually ended up being my husband and I favorite place that we stayed on our 10 day trip and we always stay in beautiful places. The location is great too , Portland and Ogunquit are 2 great places just a short drive away . We definitely will be back to stay again

Was a great location, right by amusement park and beach! Great restaurants near by, super walkable and the place was homey and comfortable.

We absolutely loved the house and being so close to the beach. I fell in love with the kitchen immediately when we walked in. The house is beach themed and it’s so fitting. The whole house welcomes you in. We did find the price a little high but for what we got it was well worth it. We will be recommending the rental to our friends for future trips! Nick and Kayla were quick to respond when we needed them, and were always friendly! Definitely an unforgettable experience for us!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

Nazrin was responsive and super friendly. The location was perfect, a short walk to pier and a couple minutes walk to the beach! Description was accurate and the place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a car so this location was fine but might be a little far if you were planning on walking during your trip! With car it was perfect! 10 minutes to most places we wanted to go, a quiet street, cute place!! We would stay here again!

The location and views were unbeatable. the place was as described. It is a half mile walk from the pier so lots to do. direct access to the beach was awesome. The hosts were responsive with any questions. A couple things to note that would be helpful to know ahead of time: 1- the kitchen has no non-stick pans and no wine glasses (but did have a cork screw!) 2- all bedrooms have blinds but they let in a lot of light. so if you have little ones who need to nap during the day, be aware. and if you are not an early riser, the bedroom that is beach facing will be bright early (and even a tad bright at night as there are street lights that go on outside the beach entrances at sundown) 3- the bedroom facing the beach also connects to the second bedroom.

Cute place walking distance to food and the beach! If you love coffee Cafe 64 did not disappoint! Hosts were easy to get a hold of and were super helpful.

This home in old orchard Beach is so beautiful, pristine, and only a ten minute walk from the beach. We were able to get in and out of Portland without issue, and celebrated Thanksgiving in Anne and Peter's home. we're forever grateful!

The most exciting thing about our stay was ALL THE BATHROOMS! Never a fight! Everyone had their own private view so we all felt like royalty. We loved the location. Close enough to downtown but far enough away you weren’t in the middle of the party scene. Cheryl had so many small touches of home, kid’s game and books. Every kitchen item you could think of. We forgot sunscreen and luckily Cheryl had extra.

There isn't anything that I can say except Britt's place met all of our needs!! We needed to get to Portland and it was close to highways we wanted. It was probably 10 minutes to the beach that we wanted to go to in Old Orchard. My daughter and I found rest there between college graduation activities and sight seeing trips. Britt was responsive to all of my questions before we came, and even while we were there.

Excellent property. Pristine, peaceful, quiet and easy to find. We will definitely stay here again when we we are in the Portland area.

We will definitely be back. Super responsive hosts, cozy space, less than 1 minute to walk right onto the ocean. Fantastic views, restaurants, and the condo has everything you need. It’s the perfect spot, end unit, 2nd floor, pool is heated, and it’s away from the noise of the pier, but close enough to walk to everything. This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. Thank you so much for sharing this hidden gem with us.

My fiancé and I just stayed there for a week at Liz's condo- and it was amazing. The entire stay was wonderful and she has a cute book to write in before you leave. The place was very clean, everything was there from the listing, and overall the location is perfect. We did not have one issue, and the neighbors were super friendly too! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Maine. :))

Great stay at Alex's place . Small and cozy. Perfect for us and our pups . Easy walk to the beach . Hope to be back again, for longer next time 😀

The loft was just as it was pictured - even better! It was perfect for 2 couples with 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths. The water view from dining room was lovely - we spent hours playing games at the table and just enjoying the view and loft. Jennifer is an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend #301!

Emma's space is all that is promised--lovely (the windows and the light! stunning!), exceedingly comfortable, and well-appointed with all the kitchen gear and bath essentials needed. The location was perfect--street parking was easy, access to downtown and restaurants was effortless, and there's a nearby path for running. Cannot recommend Emma's space enough if you're planning a trip to Portland.
