Monthly Rentals in Old Guildford

I enjoyed a 5 night stay at Hong and Long's Airbnb. Communication was outstanding and the accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which is great for guests who like to cook their own food. Both Hong and Long were very friendly and welcoming and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I may have had. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect for families or as a quiet retreat. I stayed with my family including a toddler, an infant and am elderly member and there was plenty space for everyone. Private, safe and secure back section with added security of an automatic secure gate. Secure off street parking for at least 3 cars. Great indoor and outdoor areas to relax and unwind. Comfortable lounge seating, open plan kitchen/dining. Quick and responsive communication from owner when needed. Close to shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and laundromat for drying clothes. value for money. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and will gladly stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. With stove top, oven, and plenty of pots and pans it was easy to make meals in the accommodation. There was also a dishwasher, which is a treat. Shane was generous with the goodies that he left in the fridge and on the counter which made it welcoming. We had to park on the kerb, but since it is a cul-de-sac this is not too much of a problem. We would gladly stay again!
