Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-fired stove as well as fridge. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bare sky. The cabin is provided with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity e.g. refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches in the near. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. The property was fresh, clean, and very well maintained — everything felt thoughtfully cared for. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and very conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking, which made meals at home easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the lovely patio area – perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ facilities were a great bonus. The owner was incredibly responsive and very easy to communicate with. He had clear instructions about everything from checkin to garbage disposal, which made our whole experience smooth and stress free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended — we’d definitely love to come back!

We arrived late. The hosts provided us with everything, opened the house and lit the driveway, so that you had a perfect arrival. Communication was great. The house is beautifully situated on the farm of Lotta and Jimmy, with lots of animals and in the great greenery and fields. A few minutes' walk away you can reach the coast, where you can take nice, long walks. By car, you can reach the nearest town in a few minutes, where you can stock up on all the things of everyday life. In just under 40 minutes, you can be in Kalmar and do a lot here and explore the city. The beautiful ancient café "Kullzenska Cafeet" is recommended here. We give a clear recommendation for a few quiet, relaxing days.

We had a great time in this beautiful vacation home of Marcus and Linda. There was everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the two large terraces and our dog loved the garden. This is completely fenced, but not really dog-proof. If you have a dog that likes to escape, there are ways to escape here. Since our dog only needs to know where her boundary is, it was perfect for us. Communication with Linda and Marcus was also great. There were always quick responses and help. We would come back any time and always recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic and idyllic house with a fantastic garden in the middle of the forest. The house had everything you could wish for and everything was nice and neat. the surroundings were beautiful, close to hiking trails and nature reserves. From the house, you could walk in a beautiful forest along a forest road, enough for a long evening walk. the house was close to the city and shopping opportunities. We recommend a go flea and mosquito spray 5 ⭐️ from here, we and the dogs enjoyed the peace. We'll definitely be back. thank you very much

Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

Comfortable and spacious accommodation for my family of 4 for the Ironman weekend. 1km away circa from the Ironman start, expo, station and city centre. Joakim was REALLY helpful in preparation for and during our stay and the apartment had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Tobias and Varsha's. The apartment is spacious, super clean and the amenities left nothing to be desired. There is even one baby bed and children's dishes.. Very nice is also the large garden with adjoining river and chicken enclosure. A small lake is also directly opposite the property and many other lakes in the vicinity. Tobias and Varsha are available at any time and have given us great tips for activities. Fresh eggs can be picked up daily by self-service - super delicious. We had a completely beautiful and relaxing time and would be happy to come back.

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

The house are beautiful. You can't see in the photos how beautiful it is. We felt completely comfortable. You can tell how lovingly everything was furnished. The bikes to rent were great and you can also quickly get to a nice beach by bike. Thank you for the lovely stay.
