The house has a neighbor otherwise it is located in the middle of the forest with its own jetty. Nice views of Kalmarsund and Öland. The cottage is 30 sqm + sleeping loft approx. 15 sqm, guest cottage 15 sqm + uninsulated shed with toilet and shower approx. 5 sqm. Small beach is about 150 meters away. Dock with swimming ladder on the property and swimming ladder at Svartö pier about 950 meters from the house. The house is close to hiking trails. Perfect for fishermen with your own boat. A boat with an electric motor can be rented. Distance: Mönsterås 13 km, Kalmar 59 km, Oskarshamn 26.5 km.

Take a dip from the jetty, enjoy the sunset, cycle the little coastal road along the sea. Here you live in a newly renovated apartment of 18 sqm with all the amenities, sleep in a comfortable sofa bed and enjoy the tranquility of Äleklinta farm. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with its own entrance and large patio. Bed linens, towels, cleaning are not included If final cleaning is desired, it is booked 5 days before departure & costs SEK 1000.

The cabin is 25 square meters, so it is a SMALL CABIN. But with a stunning view right on a beach! The cottage is part of a cottage area, so that means there are several neighboring cottages. Not private. 2020 new beds 2022 painted kitchen area + new sofa bed. 2025 new washing machine, sink In 2026, the bedroom was painted, and the patio and ground below were refreshed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campground. The campsite has nice baths, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy promenade. On the roof terrace of the cabin you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Kalmarsund. Mörbylånga C, with restaurants, cafes and a grocery store, is about 800 meters away. Outdoor gym, pump track and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C there is also bike rental. In southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivation landscape.

You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Affär, Ölands största glassresturang, gårdsbutik, busshållplats & hav ca: 2 km, golf 5 km. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej.

Summer paradise by the sea with a private beach & jetty!

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family.
