Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Okrug

The house is fresh and nice. The pool, views and patio are amazing. Cliffs to swim at are close by but child-friendly beach is a few kilometers away. There are a few restaurants in the area. We had a great stay and thank you for this time 💚

The studio is super nice! It was just the right size for us, it has everything we needed (appart from the oven), but I gladly sacrificed my obsession with bread-baking for the amazing view! The most spectacular sunsets just linger on and on. The night sky is stunning and trought the day the air is full of cricket songs coming from the pine trees. The balcony is on the narrow side but comfortable enough, againg the view balances it all out. On the slightly negative side for me personaly was the noise coming from the local fast-food/local gathering spot, it was quite loud for most of the day. But all in all it was a great place to stay! The host is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Maravići and was hosted by Franko, it was a beautiful and picturesque place on the top of Čiovo. From there you can find beautiful beaches, the old town of Trogir etc. The house is divided into different houses and floors and gives you excellent privacy. The bathrooms are really nice and the pool was also great! A/C in every room was definitely a luxury.

Ana and her family are an amazing host. One day I had to go to the pharmacy to take some stuff for my daughter and Ana's husband took us by car in a second, he doesn't speak english but he heard pharmacy and told me come to the car with signals. Ana provide us with all the information about beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby. Also brought us food two days, it was delicious!!! The place is beautiful and so peaceful. If you like tracking you have beautiful beaches about 30 or 40mins walking. All the locals are extremely friendly, specially people from the fast food restaurant. You feel like home. I extremely recommend it and I'll come back for sure.

Beautiful house located right next to a small charming local beach. We were traveling with teonsmall kids (1 and 4 y.o) and grandparents. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room area with all equipment you need, several bathrooms and a lovely terrace and also a gazebo. Lovely garden. Well functioning airconditioning in all rooms. The many stairs on the property and in the livingroom makes it a bit challenging with strollers and the smallest children, but we knew about it from the pictures and anyway well worth it. A bigger beach with beach shops is a 15-20 min walk away. Grocery store 15 min walk away. A nice restaurant plus a kiosk and a lunch restaurant close by. Varia and her family was very helpful the entire stay. We enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful home very much and would definitely come again.

Stunning villa that ticks all the boxes. Right on the sea front with privacy on a large shaded terrace and a beautiful garden with grill that was used extensively :). Located in a bay with two beaches on the quiet side of the island , easy access to shops beach bars and restaurants . Private parking within the grounds which is vital on Ciovo if you come by car . Trogir is less than 10mins by car, airport 15 and split 30 mins. Antonija and her mum Srdana are very nice and where there to greet us when we arrived, to explain everything about the villa. My family all agree this was the best holiday to date with relaxation on the sea front for mum and dad and plenty to do and explore for two teenage boys on their own....I'm going to miss those early morning swims in the crystal clear water when the beach is empty :)

We stayed in Žedno for one week in the end of September and we had an awesome stay! The location of the apartment is on a beatiful island, a bit more quiet and away from the tourist Hotspots in Split and Trogir (We highly recommend coming with a car though). The apartment was as described and we especially enjoyed the great BBQ place and the pool! The communication with the host was very good, we got a lot of nice tips regarding restaurants and locations. Overall we highly recommend the stay!

We loved this place! The pictures show what the house looks like but they don’t show the best feature, that it’s such a comfortable and homey feel to it. Truly a home away from home. Everything you need and more is available in the house. This is a place where a family lives, not just an empty house for renting. The location is a bit ways off in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for those that favour relaxing before partying. We had rented a car so it was easy to get to wherever we wanted. By car you get to Trogir in 15min and to Split in 45min. The pool and garden was a really nice place to relax with a view over the ocean. It’s only a 2min walk to where you can swim in the ocean and a 15min walk to the beach with a bar/cafe. Ivan was a wonderful and helpful host that made us feel so welcome. Thank you! We can highly recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment, had our 1.5 year old daughter with us. Was neatly prepared a bed. We were also able to check in earlier. Friendly people

This is a wonderful air bnb:) It is in a great location, just a few minutes from the local beach, bakery, supermarket, many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spotless, spacious and very well equipped. The charming decor and attention to detail makes the place feel like home:) The beach is beautiful, water crystal clear:) The hosts are amazing. Super friendly and responsive. Their hospitality unmatched. Our family (including teenagers) had a truly wonderful stay here, we were sad to leave this place and hope to visit again soon:)

We had a short stay at Anja’s but it was great from the beginning. She and her family were extremely helpful and responsive and we can’t thank them enough for making our stay in Ciovo a great time. The apartment was a listed and has all the amenities we needed for our stay. We chose to cook meals and had all the tools to do so which was fantastic. Would highly recommend a stay at Anja’s

What a great vacation house, what a phenomenal ocean view! A very spacious, clean, nicely decorated home, massive kitchen with all amenities, nice big bathroom, comfortable beds, and a cosy dining/sitting area. The spacious terrace is fantastic, with stunning ocean views all day (those sunsets!), and lots of space to enjoy eating/lounging. Nedjeljka and her family were always friendly, quick to respond and helpful. This home was the highlight of our stay! + terrace with hot tub and stunning view + right by the ocean + spacious, clean, all amenities + private parking - wall sound insulation not 100% - very very small and narrow surrounding streets for (rental) car

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment. Amazing terrace and view from there. Friendly and helpful host. In October, it's a good idea to be prepared for mosquitoes. Getting to the apartment by car is going well, but requires driving experience and courage from a driver. We highly recommend the apartment for families with older children. Swimming in the sea requires a good swimming skill.

Taking care of every detail, spacious rooms, a cool fridge with cold water and ice without the need to refill the water, comfort at every step, very polite hosts, a very large terrace. The only downside is the mosquitoes, but the refills were prepared for the repellent devices, you just have to put them on right away and replace them every day. We are very satisfied and it is a pity that in Poland, at such a price, it is not possible to get such an apartment.

Lovely stay close to the beach, restaurants, and most importantly, ice cream shops! We’d stay here again if we come back to Trogir.

We had a great time with our two 12-year-old grandchildren who enjoyed the pool and pool table. The sea view from the house is stunning. The house is very close to the airport. Our hosts were very thoughtful and responsive. The house is clear and very clean. We warmly recommend this villa. This is a great place to start visiting the Split region.

We rented both villas for 10 days, for a multi-gen family holiday for 14 people 5-70yrs. Villas 'as-new', spotless, very well cared for and highly specified. The BBQ and outside kitchens perfect for big family meals. Everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine. The privacy and views are amazing and while you're close to the main road, it didn't bother us and great glazing at night. Shaded parking for up to two cars per villa and off-road parking for more useful. The stairs from roadside to the villas were not a problem for us but may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Check-in/out was great, aircon kindly already on. The handover, cleaning and pool team all fantastic and Matej (villa host), Zeljka (VIP Holiday Booker) both amazingly helpful in all things. Great restaurants by the marina in Seget Donij. Water taxi to Trogir great. Lots for kids and adults nearby. The speedboat hire (Zeljka) was a highlight memory in a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much :-)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We loved our stay at Doris' home and I can't recommend it highly enough. It was perfect for 6 people. The house and pool were wonderful. Doris is a fabulous hostess and helped with any enquiries we had. The location was amazing, quiet with enough to do nearby, though I would recommend a car for shopping and some day trips. There are lovely pebble beaches by and restaurants within walking distance. As well there is olive oil tasting and other towns (for example Marina and Trogir) a short drive away. :)

We had a fantastic week at villa Petra. Very nice place, had everything we needed and more! Pero is an amazing host and he made sure we were taken care of from start to end! Recomend Pero and villa Petra!

Can’t say enough positive things about this house. It was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location could not be beat. It was close enough (about a 25 minute walk) to Trogir that you could easily be near food and shops, but not the packed crowds of Split. We loved the beach across the street, but make sure to bring water shoes because the beach is rocky. We used the paddle board Kaja provided in the sea and had an amazing time in the pool as well. There were three turtles living on the property that my daughter loved. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot summer. I can’t think of anything I would change to improve the place. Well worth the money!

The family and the kids really enjoyed the stay at the property and created some fond memories. Close walk to the beach and excellent amenities such as pool, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking space etc. Rino was a great host responsive, nice and helpful. Trogir is a charming town that is only a ten minute drive from the property. Will definitely repeat my stay on future trips to Croatia.
