A 30 metri dal mare un grande appartamento in casa privata vista mare con parcheggio privato,aria condizionata,wifi,terrazzo vista mare,barbecue, cucina attrezzata e tutti i comfort con 2 camere da letto. Le stanze da letto sono cosi composte: 1 con letto matrimoniale da 160cm 1 singola con letto da 120cm 1 divano letto matrimoniale x 2 persone nel soggiorno.Vicinissimo all’aeroporto e a market, bar, ristoranti,spiagge, tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Adatto anche alle famiglie.

Lovely apartment with pool and panoramic views

Elegant apartment from 2016 with a fantastic panoramic view. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is located on the island of Ciovo, near Trogir, only 10 km from Split Airport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 people, 2 bathrooms , an open living room/kitchen area with access to a terrace with a dining area. There is also a large rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and a fantastic view. In addition, there is a beautiful pool.

Apartment is suitable to accommodate either a family with 1 or 2 children or 2 pairs. Apartment has kitchen with living room, hall, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and big terrace with open view to sea and Dalmatian islands (Šolta, Veli Drvenik, etc… ). The apartment is very close to the sea (35m) and 100 m away from beautiful beach Vela Draga. The house is located at the southern part of the island Čiovo (Okrug Gornji, Mavarcnica), 1.5 km from Okrug Gornji and 5 km from Trogir, small Unesco town.

A beautiful new over 120 square meter luxury Penthouse with a swimming pool and a huge roof terrace and panoramic sea views. It consists of three spacious bedrooms with TV and a huge living room. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and a huge TV. The kitchen is fully equipped - it also has a wine fridge. The Penthouse is approximately 4 minutes walk from the main beach and the best local restaurants. The distance from Split airport is about 6 km. Parking space provided.
