Renato was a great host. Always helpful and accommodating. The place is also nice, a little smaller than we rated it in the photos, but fully adequate. The terrace is also super nice, you feel immediately relaxed. You can see the sea and you can go to the shade even in strong sun. So everything is great! Big thanks to Renato Car is helpful, but Bolt/Uber works too.

Good location, fresh accommodation with air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen with both stove and dishwasher and good insulation between the apartments. We were not disturbed by neighbors even though the majority were families with children. Laundry facilities, good pool area and reasonably close to both the beach and restaurants. last house on the street, very peaceful and quiet. Several parking spaces, good outdoor grill.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

The apartment is in a great location and directly on the sea, you have a direct view of the sea from the balcony. The host is very friendly and on site. The kitchen is conveniently furnished and the sanitary facilities are impeccable.

We had some wonderful days in the apartment, and it was incredibly lovely to have your own terrace with private sun loungers and outdoor dining room. It was very clean and neat there and the pool was lovely. Just as pretty as in the pictures! Incredibly nice that there was its own air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, and that they could be controlled by remote control. Parking in the garage under the building was also a big plus. Recommend the host and apartment to all quiet couples and families with children who like sun, swimming and privacy in idyllic surroundings. We gladly came back!

Fantastic! We loved so much. Ate dinner on the porch for sunset every night. Spacious and clean. Owner was accommodating and kind. 100/10!

My family and me stayed in this apartment for a week and we really enjoyed it! Everything was great and I would really recommend it to everyone!

A little smaller apartment, but beautiful, clean and with a great private terrace, which was a big plus. The shared patio with BBQ grill and charming view is also excellent. Great communication and a friendly attitude with the host. It is 70 meters from the entrance to the sea, but it is necessary to prepare that it is very steep 70 meters, where one burns calories😄 Small minus is that even if there is a possibility of accommodation with an infant, there was no possibility of a high chair or travel crib (I recommend offering this option in the future). But even through this, my family and I are giving it the best review possible, and we'd love to come back. Okrug Gornij and the entire island of Otok Ciovo even through the fact that it is already crowded enough, so it has its charm❤

Quiet area with beautiful views and a really lovely space for our base around the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , apartment is beautiful, fantastic view. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoyed the balcony with great local wine. Only one suggestion an Iron / ironing board would be useful. With that fab view it means it is obviously hilly but you just take your time as your on holiday! Shortcut to Okrug main area up through rugged path not suitable for people with mobility issues or a pram takes about 25/30mins. Go this way to main supermarket Tommy but there is another small shop a walk of 20mins Plus Market Gadza from apartment within Rastica. Lots of restaurants in Okrug and further in Trogir. Get water taxi for €5. Local taxi company Sasa very helpful. So would highly recommend staying in Okrug in Tonkas beautiful apartment.

We had a super nice week in the apartment, which we filled with 8 people without any problems. The rooms are nice and especially the terrace and location are top notch. Very short distance to beach and beach life (400m) and 1.7 km walk to Trogir Old Town. Have nothing bad to say in a week in this area and about the apartment to Ankica.👍👍

The apartment was just as described and clean upon our arrival. The water is just a few stairs down and the view from the balcony is amazing. There’s a parking space right in front of the house. There’s a bus you can take to go to the bigger cities nearby, but it only departs every 2 hours, so you need to plan your trips. We didn’t go shopping in Okrug Donji so I can’t judge the small super market you can reach by foot, but there are bigger stores in Trogir. Besides some occasional planes and the sound of your neighbours, everything is peacefully quiet. If you want a relaxing vacation at the ocean this is a perfect place to stay.

Easy to find, very clear communication from host. Basic amenities, but everything you need. We had a week long stay and it was perfect being so close to the sea

We were guests in the apartment with 5 people for almost 3 weeks and really impressed. The apartment is large, bright, clean and practically furnished. Everything was as described and worked. The location of the apartment is great, after about 2 minutes you are at the Playa. The landlady and her family were super nice, helpful and hospitable. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back!!!

We stayed three nights and felt so welcome. The hosts are amazing and helpfull. Both the pool area and the apartment were great and we walked in both to the beach and to Trogir.

As a family of 4, we really enjoyed our stay in this place. Our apartment was literally spotless, to high standard, and felt brand new. Although you share the pool, jacuzzi and billiard with the other apartments of the villa, it always felt we had the place for ourselves (and this during high season). The pool is actually big and was heated so we could enjoy until the late hours. Our apartment had a large private roof terrace which we enjoyed for breakfast or dinner. Everything is walkable and Trogir is an easy drive to get to. Can recommend 👍

A great apartment with a beautiful big swimming pool. As described and accurate photos. Walkable to the local beach,bars ,supermarket and the local taxi boats to Trogir. Marina and her family were delightful and lovely to meet them,so friendly to chat to.A lovely 2 night stop.

Choice location 15 minutes from Split Airport. Mehdi and Goran have always been good advisors to help us enjoy Croatia and the surrounding area. A car is still necessary if you want to get around a bit. I highly recommend this apartment, which is tastefully furnished and of very good standing.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Ivica welcomed us in a very helpful and friendly way. The two of us had the large 6-person apartment, very comfortable :) The view from the apartment is great and the promenade is very quickly accessible on foot. You can also reach the neighboring town (Trogir) with a short walk, where there is a very nice old town and a great market. The water in Croatia is super clear and warm (despite September/October), but you should bring water shoes because of the gravel ;) If you want to go to Split (or a little further away for hiking), a rental car is recommended, as the bus only runs every 30 minutes from Trogir at a not so cheap price to, for example, Split Airport.

We had a great time at Nenad's place! A very welcoming and attentive host. He didn't hesitate to give us a great restaurant address to eat great fish and seafood overlooking the sea. The house is perfectly located, a short walk from the sea, at the end of the alley and very quiet. The studio is perfect for a couple. A big thank you to Nenad and Nathalia for hosting us!

We had a most enjoyable time. the apartment was cleaned very well (no dust anywhere) but is somewhat dated. we felt that the kitchen are could be modernised to include an over (or at least a microwave). The lounge area seating /sleeping area was not suitable for a family of 4 (only seating for 2 people). We cannot praise Goran enough for his hospitality. The outside area was well maintained and lovely to sit beside the pool (could do with some padding for the loungers). The location was fantastic. only a 3 or 4 minute walk down to the beach/harbour area, with 2 beach bars. Easy access to Trogir (watch out for the mopeds!) would definitely recommend as a great family location or for couples enjoying the peace and quiet
