Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

Great location! We wanted a two bedroom with two bathroom and there were few options, this worked out great. The climb up the hill is not as bad as the other reviews make it sound. It was decorated cozily and comfortable. There are no windows in the bedrooms which was disorienting at times, but very nice to rest off our jet lag. For how central this Airbnb was, it is very quiet.

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

I had a good rest while enjoying the scenery. Lotte Mart was an 8-minute drive from the property, making it convenient to go shopping. There were neighbors around, but it was very quiet without any noise, so I was able to stay comfortably. I added 20,000 won and used the barbecue facilities well. The barbecue was available until 9pm, and we enjoyed it until 8:30pm. I also used the armchair in the accommodation, and it was so comfortable that I fell asleep. I had a fun experience of lighting a fire for a barbecue in the evening, and six cats gathered one by one. I was impressed by the way you looked at us with curiosity.

I went with my mom for her birthday and my family, and everyone was satisfied. At first, I was embarrassed because the first floor and the second and third floors were separated. Cogo was separated from the men, so it was quiet and nice~ There were plenty of dishes~ The kids had plenty of fun with board games, books, and other activities, so there was no time to get bored~ I had a good time

I really enjoyed my time with my friends in the quiet and nature beautiful neighborhood. The bedding was so comfortable, and it was nice to have a variety of tableware and lots of tableware!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Namsan park and nearby suburbs. Do was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The host was kind, and I was in the room the day after it snowed, and I was worried that it was an uphill road, but he did a good job of snow removal! I loved the atmosphere because of the private and natural scenery, and the accommodation was clean and I was worried about heating because it was winter, but it was so warm that it was so hot.. ^ ^ It was so nice! The barbecue was good, and the fire pit was a very happy trip with a bonfire. Thank you!

Second time here , best of the best I love it too much

The place is beautiful, exactly as it appears on the photos! The view is amazing and even though it’s in the Itaewon area, the place itself is very peaceful! It was very clean and it felt really like home! The location is excellent! There are so many cute cafes, bars and restaurants nearby ! I love it ! As a solo traveller, i felt very safe in the area and very welcomed! Hasung was very responsive and proactive in our communications, very helpful and friendly! He did everything to ensure that i will have a great stay at his place! I really appreciate it! I will be back for sure! I would recommend it 100%!

It was such a worthy stay for a long trip of 6 families.The 3 rooms were tidy and the air conditioning worked well. There was a separate laundry room, so it was really nice to be able to do laundry. Plenty of parking space definitely reduced the stress of having to drive a car in Korea The manager always kindly brought me plenty of towels, so I had a really comfortable time. It's a place I want to visit again on my next trip.

Tyra was there when we arrived and was so helpful after a long day traveling. She got us right in and made many food recommendations, very friendly! The apartment seems small but you get inside and it’s spacious with separate areas for every amenity. Nice size tub as well for a bath and calm low lighting everywhere.

Jake’s Place was a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet location, so could come back to relax after a busy day out. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean.

The place was really neat and nice! It was the best place I've been to so far. It smelled good in the accommodation, and the bed was fluffy, so I slept well. I really recommend this accommodation!!

Excellent Host. She was very accommodating. Very thoughful host, bed is heated. Kitchen is good with small induction stove, mini fridge and microwave. Loved the rooftop. Easy transportation access to 2 lines for easy traveling. Great internet connection. Highly recommend.

Long story short: it was just amazing and the perfect fit! Chloe was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and truly thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations: modern, clean, and full of charm. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is also a huge plus. It’s close to bus stops and within walking distance of the nearest underground station, making it super easy to get around the city. There are countless shops, cafés, and restaurants in the neighborhood, so you’ll never run out of options for dining or picking up anything you might need. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed for 6 weeks and had a comfortable stay! It seems to be soundproof. I stayed quietly. The air conditioner works well and the hot water works well, and the washing machine and microwave are in the room. The wifi is also good. If you have any questions, it was nice that they responded quickly. I felt at home. I recommend it!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Had a great time staying here. Being so close to seoul station was really convenient when touring seoul. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Would love to stay here again!
