This is home away from home. Fantastic home. I have used Akeem s place before and I will use it again. If you live abroad and you are looking for a very safe and comfortable beautiful home. This is the place for you. The security in this estate is top notch. The house it’s self is very clean and beautiful I will recommend this house over and over again.

From Sam I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Adijat's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described — if not better. Adijat was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They provided thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special, such as local recommendations, snacks, and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Ms Adijat even went above and beyond by giving me the contact to the airline in order to help track my missing luggage from the airline I flew with. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Excellent lovely, spacious and clean 4 bedroom apartment felt like home for my wife and I. Nice place with pool table, and gaming area for activities.. Location was very safe and quiet. Everyone was polite and respectful. Charles was always reachable when contacted and was always respectful and quick to resolve issues. We highly commend him for his hosting.

Our stay at this remarkable location was nothing short of amazing. My family and I truly relished every moment we spent at the charming house. One of the highlights of our experience was undoubtedly Lizzy, the incredibly attentive manager. She went above and beyond in assisting us, always displaying a cheerful disposition and a willingness to help with any inquiries we had. In fact, she was so dedicated to ensuring our comfort that she graciously came out to meet us late at night to help facilitate our check-in, which was especially appreciated given that our flight was delayed. The convenience of the area further enhanced our stay. Just a mere two minutes away from the house, we found a lovely grocery store where we could stock up on essentials and delicious treats. Additionally, there were several delightful restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines that catered to every taste. The location was not only convenient for dining and shopping, but it was also remarkably secure,

Would I stay again? Abso-definitely. My Gen Z sister says every corner is Insta gold—post from 3 spots and folks will think you’re on a luxury tour. It’s giving rich auntie energy. Perfect for families or friends who love each other, but also love space. Gorgeous bi-level setup: downstairs has an ensuite bedroom (mobility-friendly!), chic living room, full kitchen, and a half bath. Upstairs: a second lounge/game room, balcony, and 3 bedrooms—but only 2 are guest-accessible. Each room has a tv+ the 2 lounge room. A balcony on the second floor for early morning coffee sips! Master bed is an art work! Period. purrr🤣 There’s a cute “garden” I didn’t use but next time🤞 Kitchen has “all” appliances - no joke! Wifi speed is off the chart and water is clean!!! On-site manager. Helpful but low-key like Houdini- you only see him when you need him. CCTV on site. Had a small issue, and the host checked footage before calling - appreciated! (Felt safe, high tech and Nigerian auntie vibes)

I've rented multiple Units from David at this location in Ipaja and all of them have been on point to their descriptions and I felt right at home. Again the staff is amazing and always helpful. Mayowa is one of a kind. The security guard at the entrance is attentive and does his job securing the place well. Most would say don't stay on the mainland if you're a visitor to Nigeria, however Ipaja and this location this estate is very peaceful. There is security everywhere and I enjoyed daily walks around the estate. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay amazing! I had an awesome time here!

Wow, wow and wow. Getting to the apartment was quite easy. From the gate, the security was really good as we were ushered into the compound. We were greeted by the manager (David) with a very warm welcome (haf a red carpet laid out for us at the aprlartment entrance). The 3 bedroom apartment was in stunning condition and well designed. The rooms were well set up with enquire bathrooms in each, all in fantastic condition and smelt really nice. The amenities were as listed in the description and everything worked really well. I must commend David for his excellent communications in ensuring our stay was enjoyable and satisfactory. This will be my new home away from home going forwards as the service and location were perfect for us. Huge thanks to the management for the hospitality shown to me and my family. Please keep up the good work and continue to make visitors feel as welcomed as we did. I would highly recommend 1219 homes to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Lagos This is what you’d call a diamond in the rough. If you’re searching for a place to stay anywhere in Lagos, look no further—this is it. The home was exceptionally clean and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality is a top priority here. What truly stood out was the level of care and attentiveness. When the power went out in the middle of the night (as is common in Lagos), they woke up just to turn on the generator and ensure our comfort. That kind of commitment is rare. The service and experience truly rivaled what you’d expect at a 5-star Marriott hotel. Mr. Oladipupo, thank you for going above and beyond. Your warmth, kindness, and professionalism made this feel like a true home away from home. I now know where I’ll be staying every time I’m in Nigeria. You’ve earned a loyal guest.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with unique grace. This is perfect for short-term stay in Lagos, in a safe, highly secure and peaceful Estate. It is an easy access into Ikeja and environment. The host and co-host were great with me, and my guests. They were always reachable and will resolve any issues that may arise promptly. A special thanks to Mr Stanley and the security men at the gate for a great job they do. Only improvement I feel would to maybe consider installing shower curtain in the bathroom, which Mr Stanley says is being considered, however, I will highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect, cannot complain about anything all amenities that were listed were available and the apartment was pristine clean. No issues with internet or electricity. In the area there is many food places available like the place, chicken republic, Dominos etc all within walking distance of 5mins. Security in the area is also another part to highlight, security is very tight making one feel truly safe in the area. No need to worry about anything. I will Most likely make this place an apartment I will be booking whenever I am in Lagos. There are absolutely no negatives about this place. This should be everyone’s no1 Spot.

It's a great place to stay, especially for one person! It has everything you need if you are interested in traveling light and exploring Lagos. It is very clean and comfortable, and it is within the heart of GRA Ikeja. Tosin and Kunle were responsive and accommodating. Very happy with the stay here. I highly recommend this listing.

We booked this Airbnb at very short notice due to another accommodation falling through at the last moment. Gwen was so responsive and very helpful given our circumstances. The Airbnb is in a very secure and safe location, and the check in process was seamless. The house is in great condition, very clean and welcoming. It was also very easy to get around Lekki as the location is pretty good. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

This is a gem of a place. It is Located in the popular Victoria Island area and tucked in between some key buildings. The room was nice and the host Bassem and his team were always responsive and open. I definitely would recommend this place to someone visiting Lagos, Nigeria.
