Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants.
