Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Oita

Yumiko’s place was unique and a great base for our stay in Minamiaso. She had great recommendations. We have not had the pleasure of staying in a Japanese home before and found it very comfortable. The container gallery was one of our favourite spots. We had breakfast, coffee and dinner there. The kitchen was well equipped. Area was quiet and the location was great. Can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you so much!

Thank you owner and his wife for the cozy accommodation. They are friendly and responsive 😊 The flat is huge and well equipped with all cooking sauces that you would need for a dinner!

This stay was the perfect fusion of traditional Japanese charm and modern comfort. The home was beautifully designed, thoughtfully blending Japanese heritage elements with contemporary touches. It was fully prepared for our kids, making the stay smooth and stress-free. We also loved how convenient it was, just a short walk to Lawson or drive to nearby attractions like Rakutenshi and restaurants. Takeshi and Michiko are the best Airbnb hosts we have met. We had a great stay at their beautiful and warm home. She n her family were very hospitable, baked us bread n buns, even made us blueberries yoghurt. When I asked for the bread recipe, they shared with me and even gave me a pkt of the Japanese flour. Since we felt so overwhelmed by their hospitality, we bought a punnet of strawberries for the family. They even bought us a gift on our last day, so touched by their gesture. This place must be recommended to our friends and family. Must come back again when we visit Beppu the next time. Takeshi and Michiko, thanks once again for hosting us! You have set such a high standard that the other hosts will not be able to follow.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean, exactly as described, and the great location made exploring easy. We especially appreciated the convenient parking lot. Communication with Tony was excellent; they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Logement très bien équipé, très propre et calme. Les instructions d’accès sont claires, et un supermarché est à moins d’une minute à pied ! Nous y avons donc passé un bon séjour.

位置便利，旁边就是大超市，适合居家做简单食物。洗衣机很大烘干效果好，可以一次性清洗全家一天衣物。

Large and spacious room, helpful and friendly host. The room was really clean and also had a tv which had netflix. They provided many bath and hand towels which was nice. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the bus stop was close, however the bus frequency was quite infrequent. Would recommend this place :)

We had a great stay here! The location is very convenient—just a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to all the main attractions in Beppu. Having free parking was a big plus, and the space was really easy to get in and out of. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for our family of four. It felt comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with the parking arrangements. Bonus highlight: the view of Beppu Tower from the tatami room window was amazing—such a nice surprise! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Beppu.

벳부에 처음 여행 다녀 오면서 걱정했는데 기차역과 가까워서 매우 편하게 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 크리스마스 때에 여행을 했는데 호스트가 준비해 주신 크리스마스 케이크도 정말 감사했습니다. 숙소 주변에 식당들고 많이 있어서 외식하기도 았고 조금 내려가면 토키와백화점에 있어서 쇼핑하기에도 좋았습니다. 벳부 여행을 준비하신다면 좋은 선택이 될것 같습니다.

Just a perfect flat, everything what you need wirh good Connections to the center! The onsen was very relaxing and Together with the sauna a perfect spa retreat for The night :) i can fully recommend it :)!

The room is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. It should add a clothes hanger and a place to put your toiletries in the bathroom.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Seigo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mich sogar auf eine kleine Tour durch die Altstadt eingeladen. Eine wunderbare Gelegenheit für mich mehr über die Gegend zu lernen und mein Japanisch zu üben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön renoviert und fühlt sich gleich nach Zuhause an. Wie für Japan üblich, sind alle Räume etwas schmal und nicht stark isoliert. Ich war eine Woche in der Unterkunft und an mehreren Tagen der einzige Gast, es hat sich angefühlt, als würde mir das gesamte Haus gehören.
