Die Küchenzeile ist dem Wohn-Essbereich zugewandt und durch eine Bar wie ein kleiner Raum im Raum angelegt. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,40m breit) ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Blick Richtung Wald.

Rauchen ist weder in der Wohnung noch auf dem Hof gestattet.
