We felt very comfortable at Andreas's. The apartment is as described and looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is great and we found the parking space, which we also liked to use, to be especially convenient – that was an important reason for us to book the accommodation. Thank you also for letting us check in a little earlier – Andreas was very flexible and helpful. We had a great time and highly recommend the place!

Everything was great, there was nothing to complain about, except that the bed was a little soft, but that's a matter of taste ;)

This is a gem. Clean and nice with a lot to do for the kids. We did not have time to swim in the pool as a thunderstorm came in, our children were disappointed as it was very nice. The yard is full of fruit, flowers and berries. New animals that come and greet, both dogs and horses. The toy vehicles and the trampoline were a hit. We hope to return and stay longer next time.

The place was very nice and quiet. Also very clean. Heike was very kind and accommodating. Note: The lake in the photo is closed off and cannot be reached. Also not visible in summer because of the bushes. It's also better to travel by car. We felt very comfortable and had a good time there. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire furnishings very much, a lot of attention to detail, really cozy furnishings all around, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was impeccable, questions were answered super quickly. We will certainly come here again.

House was clean. Well furnished kitchen. Descriptions were clear. We brought our own linens to avoid extra cost.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house with 8 people and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The amenities are more than extensive and we didn't miss anything. The house with its ambiance and tasteful decor is truly one of a kind. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

Hello We quickly found the house and quickly felt comfortable. Everything was clean and really nicely decorated. There was nothing missing. Communication with Nicole was always quick and straightforward. I grew up in the Sauerland and like the area. You can do so many things. Two of us spent an extended weekend in Mr. Braun's great apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a great balcony and corresponds in everything to the descriptions. The location in the Kreuzviertel is great and the city center is within walking distance, there were also bicycles to rent, a parking space is in front of the house. Mr. Braun was extremely nice, accommodating and offered his help with everything. The contact with Stéphanie was also very nice, including the good tips. We would come back any time and the apartment is an absolute recommendation.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates very friendly and responsive. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very convenient, as you do not have to hand over keys :-)

We felt very comfortable. Annelore is a lovely hostess. The apartment is well equipped with everything. The bed is large and comfortable. We also liked the terrace in the garden. The location on the outskirts is wonderful and quiet.

In a castle; a castle and the apartment was so chic large and with all the amenities. If I had a question, Xenia responded very quickly!
