Yurt içinde ki ilk Airbnb deneyimin oldu. Kesinlikle verilen yorum ve değerlendirmeleri fazlasıyla hak ediyor. Konumu, iletişim, evin temizliği ve kış olması dolayısıyla ısınması harikaydı. Bir daha Eskişehir’de kalmak için yer bakmama gerek kalmayacak kadar memnun kaldım. Airbnb ve Kaan beye çok teşekkürler.

Aslı'nın evinde geçirdiğimiz zaman harikaydı. Ev temiz, konforlu bir şekilde dekore edilmişti. Aslı, misafirperverliği ve yardımseverliği ile bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Konum da mükemmeldi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Teşekkürler Aslı :)

Daire fotoğraflardaki ve anlatıldığı gibiydi. Hijyen ve temizlik konusunda başarılıydı. Abdil Bey ilk andan iletişim kurdu ve dairenin konumunu ve giriş için esneklik sağladı. Daire şehrin merkezinde ve güzel bir semtte. Güvenlik konusunda hem semt hem de apartman bizi güvende hissettirdi. Daire anlatıldığı gibi dizayn edilmiş ve içerisi temel ihtiyaçlar için donatılmış. Size bir evde kalıyorsunuz hissiyatını çok güzel veriyor. Abdil Bey ilk geldiğimizde bize tüm evi gezdirdi, anlattı ve tüm sorularımızı yanıtladı. Kalış esnasında bir sorun yaşamadık ama kalsaydık Abdil Bey hızlı dönüş sağlayan bir ev sahibi. Bir daha Eskişehire geldiğimizde kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacak. Kalmak isteyenler için güzel bir daire olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Biz Funda hanımın evinde yaklaşık 7 kişi 2 gece kaldık. Fiyatından, temizliğinden ve konumundan memnun olduğumuzu söylemeliyiz. Tabii birkaç şikayetimiz oldu bunlar banyo giderinin sürekli tıkalı olmasıydı duş alırken bir göl içinde kalmamız gerekti. Taharet musluğu da ayrıca arızalıydı. Banyo camı da flu olmasına rağmen içerisini görünüyor gibiydi. Kaldığımız bu evden açıkçası baya memnun kaldık eşyalarımızı sonradan alabilmemiz için esneklik sağladıkları için ve hızlı dönüş sağladıkları için özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz.

Konum olarak harikaydı tren garına , esparka ve porsuk çayına çok yakındı. Ulaşım konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadım . Temizliği çok iyiydi. Sadece duş başlığı değişse daha konforlu olabilir . Fön makinasının da fön ucu yoktu sadece kurutma amaçlı kullanabildim . Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi teşekkür ederim ev sahibine .

Great location, affordable price, and a kind and helpful host. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only small challenge was finding a parking spot nearby, but there is a public open car park within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, a great stay!

Konum ve temizlik açısından tam puanlık bir evdi. Özellikle tren garı ile seyahat edecekseniz daha iyi bir konumda ev bulamazsınız. Ev sahibi ile de iletisim konusunda herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Eskişehirin belki de en soğuk havasına denk geldik. Evin kaloriferleri iyi derecede çalışıyordu fakat pencerelerde bir rüzgar geçirme problemi var. Bu da içerisinin sıcaklığına yansıyordu. Normal bir kış gününde belki problem olmayacak bir şey fakat derecenin -10’u gösterdiği bir mevsimde bizi battaniyeyle oturmaya mecbur bıraktı :)
