Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Our host Руслана was gracious and generous as she took the time to write to us even though her beautiful country is in a terrible unprovoked war. We send our blessings and hope for freedom to the brave and inspiring Ukrainian people.

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

A very cozy house, everything is very comfortable, + you have your patio, where there is always shade, swing, and a place to fry something on the grill. All photos correspond to reality. Recommended, we loved it! Very cozy and comfortable house + you have your own yard and place for your car. We enjoy our stay there!

HOUSE by the sea! Stylish cozy cottage. Gold Coast

Marina's house is modern and cozy and has everything one could need have a pleasant rest by the sea. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and there are excellent supermarkets and cafes nearby. The area is much more relaxed and family oriented then Arkadia and other more central beaches.

A green and serene garden area is highlighted, featuring various plants and shrubs along a stone pathway. Decorative elements include small sculptures and colorful flowers, enhancing the natural setting. Tall trees provide shade, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

We will be happy to visit Odessa in better time and we hope the city will be preserved despite this terrible war. We haven't met Inna and Igor but we feel very close to them and the whole Ukranian nation.

Great apartment! We were 7 girls, everyone was as happy as possible! Comfortable beds, clean nice white and towels. Svetlana's hospitality is top notch! Everything is thought out, every detail is the water in the refrigerator, the tanning cream and other little things. The sea is 10 minutes on foot, in the yard there is a 24-hour store. I recommend it!

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is very modern and classy. It’s a great environment to chill and relax, with plenty of space to move around, and has a comfortable bed. It’s a real gentleman’s apartment, a place I felt proud to be in. The hosts kept in regular contact about cleaning, and they were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues (simply via WhatsApp). It had everything I needed. And just quick walk to Arcadia. And far enough away not to have much noise at night. Will def come back there again!
