Our two-level apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator) in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Odessa - two blocks from Deribasovskaya, a few blocks from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Odessa Privoz. At your disposal there is a full-equipped kitchen studio with a comfortable sofa on the first floor, and on the second floor- a large sleeping-living room with a panoramic window and access to a wonderful green terrace from where you can admire the sunset. Recently, eco-loft repairs have been carried out using wood and environmentally friendly materials.

Inside the apartment there are backup power batteries (Wi-Fi, TV, light, fridge) A 50 sq. m. studio apartment, a bedroom and a kitchen area with a fold-out sofa. The bedroom is not separated from the kitchen by a door. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch/Liebherr household appliances. The bedroom has a large 180*200 bed The apartment has two large wardrobes for clothes, and there is space for storing the suitcases. Samsung 50" TV, Smart-tv, Netflix app active. Nespresso coffee maker.

A large, light and cozy room with a bed in a niche, a large bathroom, a dressing room and a separate exit to an authentic Odessa courtyard. There is individual gas heating. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay! There is a full kitchen, but there are many cafes, restaurants, street food, food delivery services, and opposite a 24-hour supermarket with ready meals. Quiet area in the heart of the city. The Internet is always available, even during blackouts. No-smoking apartment.
