Great place to stay stylish and comfortable! Feeling like we live somewhere in Vienna or somewhere where you expect a high level of comfort. Tatiana, a very pleasant owner, gave tips on shops and cafes nearby, and in general it was nice to communicate. There were things in the hallway, in our apartment - everything you need for your stay. Nice air conditioning, which is important, in this hot time. I recommend it to everyone! We spent great time in Tetyana's apartment. It's clean, stylish, comfortable, you can find inside all stuff which you need as coffee, soap, even bottle of water fir guests (in Odessa you can't drink water from tap). Tetyana is really friendly, nice and helpful person. Really recommend you stay here!

I was happy to support Svetlana with my booking without using the room. We had a nice contact and my fingers are crossed that this war can end better sooner than later, as it leaves us all speechless, how the ukrainian people have to suffer.

The place is great! Just like in the photo. There is a generator which is important. Clear directions from Svetlant regarding entering the apartment. It's small, but it's a super fit for two. Of the nuances - the wifi does not work on the generator, but the water phone is quite good, then there was no problem. Thank you so much!

We provide a transfer. Breakfast and dinners are available by prior order. In the courtyard of the house there is a place for relaxation and sun loungers for sunbathing in the Hosts are available 24 hours a day to help. There is an equipped billiards on the 3rd floor of the house.
