Очень милая и уютная квартира расположена близко и к морю и к центру города. Елена приятная и замечательная хозяӣка. Она всегда была на связи и подсказала очень много вещеӣ которые улучшили наш отдых. С удовольствием снова погостим если будем в Одессе.

Саме житло чисте, затишне й добре облаштоване для короткочасного проживання. Господар привітний та завжди на зв’язку. Ідеальний варіант для тих, хто хоче відчути дух Одеси та жити в самому серці міста.

Я часто путешествую и всегда приходится снимать жилье. Но такой чистоты я ещё никогда нигде не встречал! Это действительно шикарный вариант для отдыха💪🏽 общения с хозяином вызвало восторг, все мои вопросы были моментально закрыты. Я очень рад был тут остановится. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова. 👍

Очень уютная и приятная квартира с замечательной хозяйкой! Локация супер - в центре города, но при этом в спокойном месте без шума под окнами. Рядом несколько супермаркетов и аптек, есть кофейни в пяти минутах. До Дерибасовской пешком минут 15. Нам очень понравилось, получился отличный отпуск =)

Побачити, як перше сонце нового року сходить з-за морського обрію, забарвлюючи небо в золото, що відбивається блискітками у безкрайніх просторах чорного моря - це казка чи сон? Дякую Дмитру та цьому дому за найкраще святкування нового року в моєму житті! В мене виникали сльози від кожного світанку та заходу. Але жодне фото не відобразить цих почуттів… Ванна біля панорамного вікна заслуговує окремої уваги, вона точно викличе у вас неймовірне задоволення! Ліжко, наче хмарка, спали дуже солодко:) Також, сподобалось, що на кухні є усе потрібне для приготування їжі. Це місце ідеально підійде для романтичного вікенду у будь-яку пору року. Ще раз дякую, сподіваюсь, що повернусь туди знов!

Затишні та неймовірно стильні апартаменти в самому центрі Одеси поруч з Потьомкінськими сходами та Оперним театром, при цьому в тихому провулку) також сподобався затишний балкон як в загальній зоні де можна поснідати зранку) Окремо дякую за фільтровану воду, бо не знайшли магазин поруч. Єдиний нюанс- будинок старий, тому шумоізоляція не ідеальна, але для нас це не стало проблемою. Загалом, дуже приємне місце для відпочинку.
