Very hospitable hosts. The property has everything for a comfortable stay. A parking place is available. There are animals on the premises - dogs, turtles and chickens. We were with a small child, then it was just something to do) 20 minutes to the sea, but get ready to go down the stairs. In general, for families with children, this is a great place - a comfortable garden, a swing, a grill and animals add a pleasant experience to relaxation. Thank you, plan to come back next summer🔥

Many thanks to Irina for her hospitality! Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Very tidy house with nice grounds. The location is convenient, everything is nearby. The house is cozy and pleasant. There is everything you need, everything is in good condition, all appliances work. Host responds quickly. Had a nice and comfortable stay at this place.

The kitchen area features blue cabinetry with decorative tile backsplash, complemented by modern appliances including a refrigerator and stove. An air conditioning unit is mounted on the wall, and soft lighting from a lamp illuminates the space.

A very cozy house, everything is very comfortable, + you have your patio, where there is always shade, swing, and a place to fry something on the grill. All photos correspond to reality. Recommended, we loved it! Very cozy and comfortable house + you have your own yard and place for your car. We enjoy our stay there!

Cabin by the Black Sea...

Very cosy and comfortable house and courtyard, attentive attitude of Igor and Maya. When we went down with the stomach flu in the first few days, Maya gave medicine, later took my wife and son to the pharmacy, shop, and beach. Special thanks to little Masha for playing with our son Yasha. Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a 25-minute leisurely step to the beach with a five-year-old child. Within a ten-minute walk is a supermarket, next to it, on the street, you can buy vegetables and fruits. Without any doubt and reservations, I recommend this place. Igor, Maya, Masha, thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to meet again.

Awesome! Loved it. This is the best place to relax for two, and for one. Quiet, peaceful, very tidy, clean. Housing does not have to be shared with neighbors, which is very important. Guests are taken care of to the smallest detail. Everything is convenient, there is everything you need, it is convenient to get to the sea. I was very lucky to have chosen this place! Now we know where to stay:)

Wonderful place with a wonderful host. We were immediately warned about the temporary lack of some amenities, but we loved the photos so much that we still arrived. Lesya is very hospitable, friendly, kind and caring: she met us, showed us everything, told us, helped to feel comfortable, was always in touch, gladly and enthusiastically answered all questions and requests, recommended interesting places to visit and worried about us during anxieties. The house is located on the same plot with Lesin, in the yard is very beautiful: the landscape design is delightful! You have an aesthetic pleasure. The house has everything you need, and if something is missing, the host will be happy to provide you with everything. The inside is very cozy, quiet and calm. There is a basement. Beautiful design carefully and thought out in detail. Separately, I want to note the impeccable cleanliness everywhere that struck me! I thought there was no one in the house before us, so everything was washed and cleaned. Thank you so much Lesya!

House by the sea in "ARCADIA"

I highly recommend this property. The remodeled accommodations are nice and clean and the outside area with a BBQ and the covered porch make this property complete. The location is spot on. The beach is a 10 minute walk, maybe a little less. There is a small to mid-size grocery store almost across to street and a full grocery store 1 km - 15 minute walk or 4 minutes by car. The street and surrounding area is quiet. Arcadia and the nightclub party spot is a 15 minute walk, downhill to Arcadia and uphill on the return. The University Castle on the beach is 10 minute walk and the Health Trail that parallels the beach is 5 minutes. If you want to go to the heart of the city - now you need transportation: 55 minutes by public transportation or about half that by car or taxi. For me, the quietness outside of the city center is preferred and you get to mingle with the real people and culture of Odesa. I will rest here again :)

Amazing clean beach, and the walk is really short. We loved the clean spacious house. We liked the back yard, too. It had grill, amazing decorations, birds and a cat! It is perfect for a family gateway. The host is friendly. Unfortunately as we spent a lot of time in Odesa, it was a bit far for us to commute and took too much time.

The kitchen features elegant cabinetry with gold accents and a modern stovetop. A chandelier with black detailing hangs from the ceiling. Sheer curtains allow natural light to soften the space, while a colorful area rug adds warmth to the wood floor.

We stayed with a company of 4 people. Everyone was very accommodating. It was a great decision to rent a cottage in Odessa. We roasted kebabs in the yard, it was very cozy. The house has 3 rooms, 2 of them are walk-through. San/knot in room with bed. The bed was very comfortable. The sofas fold out, my friend was very pleased with the convenience of a white leather sofa. Basically, there is everything in the house. Only a normal knife was missing, or I just didn't find it. So, all the appliances are there. It is relatively close to the sea, but we went to the Gold Coast. You can contact the security guard at any time, will always help and tell, thank you very much. The towels and bedding were clean. Thank you Margarita for hosting us. We will definitely come back.)
