Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

Дуже хороше місце для відпочинку, тераса це окраса цього помешкання! Чудові господарі! В будиночку є все для комфортного відпочинку, на кухні є багато різного посуду , весь посуд гарний! З задоволенням ще не раз повернемось сюди на відпочинок!

Все було супер, сподіваюсь що ще буде можливість повернутися наступного року

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

Комфортный дом с хорошим расположением и крутой территорией. Отдыхали 2мя семьями с детьми, всем понравилось. Юлия, хороший и заботливый хост, помогала во всех возникающих вопросах.

Перебування в помешканні було дуже комфортним і зручним в розташуванні . Простора , гарна і затишна квартира ! Комунікація з господарем Анжелою проходила чудово, загалом враження від перебування в квартирі тільки позитивні !

I lived in this apartment for two months and can highly recommend it. I arrived a few days after a Russian bomb destroyed a restaurant about 100 meters away and was immediately shown a bomb shelter nearby by co-host Sasha, the owner's son who is staying abroad. It is a very spacious apartment with beautiful high ceilings. The apartment is very suitable for a longer stay with a kitchen that lacks nothing, although the dishwasher is a bit small. The master bedroom has a cozy balcony with furniture, lots of greenery and a view of the harbor and the Black Sea in the distance. It is a particularly quiet apartment on the second floor in the beautiful historic Old Town of Odessa. The cozy center with its many restaurants and terraces is only a 5-minute walk away. Sasha is an excellent and helpful host who respects privacy and communicates quickly and in good English. He lives directly below the apartment on the ground floor and is therefore close by if problems need to be solved.

Great place great times. I recommand to stay in the place so close from Main Street in Arkadia and quiet at the same time. Be aware that two bedrooms have no windows and the third one has see view.

Very nice place. Good location too. The host was very kind and available at all times. There a supermarket well furnished just outside the building. Definitely, a nice stay. Very recommended.

I did not stay. I booked solely as a means of quickly transferring money to Ukraine. Natali's husband Alexey, is a DOCTOR in a children's HOSPITAL. They are now accepting and helping BOMB and WAR victims. This is a messages I received from them: 3rd March "I am a children's doctor. I live in the Bay I work in BELGORAD-DESTROVSKY. Your help was very important yesterday. Let people talk about us and know the world. War is scary." 10th March "Refugees from Kharkiv, Nikolaev and Mariupol evacuate through us. And we're here to support them. We will not let any invaders here. We don't have time to worry, we work and fight." 17th March "We are fine with the country and people fighting for freedom and independence. We have been shot by Russian ships from the sea for a couple of days. We know we're going to win, thank you for your support." Please help them too. I urge you to make a booking with Natali, or if you can make a direct bank transfer. Every penny will go towards helping others in the hospital and those in a desperate situation. Дом — супер! Вживую оказалось еще лучше, чем на фото. Ребята оставили нам фрукты, снеки и напитки. Всегда были на связи. Баскетбольная площадка — какое-то невероятно крутое решение, из минусов — пропадает свет, но это не проблема дома, а скорее всего Курортного. Этот минус исключительно маленькое неудобство, которое перекрывается видами, отзывчивостью ребят и крутейшим пляжем в 5 минутах на машине.

Отдыхали большой компанией, всё было отлично, много места, ухожено и аккуратно. Сауна и летний бассейн чистые. С хозяином Юрием было приятно общаться. Рекомендую.
